Blowing In The Wind - Bob Dylan
Best version - Peter, Paul and Mary
Great group - I would have offered "Who'll Stop The Rain" by C.C.R., but it came out in the 70s
I am not sure whether this is a 60's song or not, but I was thinking about "We Shall Overcome"
One Tin Soldier! I love it! Never heard the Baez version. I think the one I know was done by Coventry. ??
Can I only pick one?
Masters Of War and/or With God On Our Side by Dylan
The Lonesome Death Of Hattie Carrol and/or Only A Pawn In The Game by you guessed it, Dylan
I-Feel-Like-I'm-Fixin'-to-Die Rag by Country Joe McDonald (Woodstock version)
I have a two-part hub on that very subject A lot are from the 60s

I didn't see anyone post Eve of Destruction by Yager & Evans! It was a great song for a "thinker" and wow, has it been coming true! "Some machine's doing it for you" .. so many true lyrics!
Tin Solders and Nixon coming,,,Crosby Stills Nash & Young,,,,that was a sad day in US history
