Thanks Rosina for showcasing Pamela's most interesting article about mustard seeds.  I never knew that there was such a thing as mustard flour!  It is always fun learning new things.  We enjoy eating all kinds of mustard, and I love bread and butter pickles made using mustard seeds along with other ingredients.

    Thanks for writing this article.
Whenever I hear mustard seed I immediately think about the Bible.

I love using mustard, but believe it or not...I never out the two together.

Your article is very informative.   I've learned a great deal...like mustard doesn't need to be refrigerated.

Thanks again & have a great day.

      Hello Pamela!
Excellent and informative article about the mustard seeds. I learnt a lot from your description about this versatile condiment.
Mustard seeds, it’s oil, and it’s leaves are very popular in Indian cooking, besides the sauce, pickles etc. It’s used in fish curry, due to it’s pungency. And, you are right, that it has some religious significance in our culture too.
      Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Rosina, for sharing this in the forum.
