The grass is always greener! I guess some men have trouble handling a driven, strong and independent woman. Personally I find those traits attractive.

The best chocolateire in Calgary, Alberta, Canada is Bernard Callebaut Chocolates.  It's family run and the owner learned his craft in Belgium and is from a family of chocolatiers.

Very dark chocolate, the expensive kind that comes in their own little individual foil and clear plastic wrappers, I cannot for the life of me remember what they are called.  I suppose if I hadn't eaten them all friday night, I would have a wrapper or package to read off.

Now, I need someone to give over the codes for all these cute little smilie faces.....

Dagoba's "eclipse" organic 87% dark chocolate with very little sugar (7g for the whole bar, but I only eat 1/4 of the bar at a time). The best! I sneeze every time I have my first bite because it is so strong!! I'm not a huge chocolate person, but eat it for the antioxidants. big_smile

I love chocolate from two distinct places.

      1) Widman's Candy Store (not Witmans) - located in Grand Forks, ND & Crookston, MN - home made chocolicious

      2) Lake Champlain Chocolates located in Burlington, Vermont - mocha truffles to die for smile

I have posted this reply on about 6 chocolate forums threads: Lindt Excellence Dark Chocolate/Chili (infused with spicy red chili)-- every time I post I have to go to the pantry and eat a square.
I know it sounds a bit weird, but if you haven't tried this-- you should. It might not sound like the two ingredients go together, but think about it. Cocoa beans and chilies are native to the same part of the world.
The spiciness of the chili comes through while the smooth richness of the chocolate taste remains.

I prefer any black chocolate because it is known to reduce cholesterol and BP. It contains a brain chemical, serotonin, which reduces your chance to get depressed too.
