Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate or Milk Chocolate

For me its dark chocolate, its not as sweet as the others but its better for your heart.

Dark.  Preferably over 70%.  I buy the 1-lb bars at Trader Joe's and use them for baking (and the occasional square after dinner).

      Pounding the "agree" button.

But there are other brands I like. I think Hershey actually makes a dark chocolate and citrus that I love. Only as weird as you may think this is, I love it with odd things. Like certain cheeses and fruits. I rarely drink soda, but like it with Pepsi. Weird, huh.

I love chocolate, but a lot of the stuff in the shops is that synthetic tasting garbage.
I see Cadburys (who make the best chocolate in the world) are being taken over by Kraft. Now they make good cheese, but what about their chocolate?

I like the homemade kind of chocolate that a friend made for me a few years ago. I don't know what was in it, but it tasted the way chocolate used to taste. Today's chocolate is somehow less oily than what I remember from my childhood. I suspect that they have kept the chocolate content high, but reduced the milk fat. Why else is there soy lecithin in almost every commercially available chocolate bar?

    Chocolate is my only vice.

The chocolate chiefs in these small businesses create the best. Smother. creamier, and over all better chocolate.
The health benefits from the chocolate that is less processed is also increased.
