Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate or Milk Chocolate

For me its dark chocolate, its not as sweet as the others but its better for your heart.

Dark.  Preferably over 70%.  I buy the 1-lb bars at Trader Joe's and use them for baking (and the occasional square after dinner).

      Pounding the "agree" button.

But there are other brands I like. I think Hershey actually makes a dark chocolate and citrus that I love. Only as weird as you may think this is, I love it with odd things. Like certain cheeses and fruits. I rarely drink soda, but like it with Pepsi. Weird, huh.

I like the homemade kind of chocolate that a friend made for me a few years ago. I don't know what was in it, but it tasted the way chocolate used to taste. Today's chocolate is somehow less oily than what I remember from my childhood. I suspect that they have kept the chocolate content high, but reduced the milk fat. Why else is there soy lecithin in almost every commercially available chocolate bar?
