      I can't choose a specific type of food. I like Japanese, Thai, Chinese etc. But for dessert, I would say a good tiramisu

    As for desserts it is even tougher. This restaurant near me makes a killer baked apple dumpling with vanilla sauce that sticks out in my mind!

    today I am liking muffins best - wrote a hub on them
    
    but most days I am a big fan of cheesecake, lasagna, sushi, sashimi, tempura, shrimp/prawns scampi or any way, a nice new york steak grilled on my new Geo Forman grill, baked potato with sour cream and chives, french fries, fried chicken extra crispy, lemon meringue pie, coconut cake, home made granola, pot roast with the veggies, roast garlic/rosemary chicken, stuffing, gravy, peanut butter cookies, choc.cream pie, spumoni ice cream, cannolini, beef stir-fry and rice, fried calamari steaks, scallops cooked in cream and white wine, veal scallopini, spaghetti with bolognese sauce, croissants (filled or plain), homemade doughnuts rolled in cinnamon sugar, thai style curry . . . all my favorites, plus a few more but I can see your eyes are getting glazed over and now I have to go to the kitchen and see what I can rustle up for dinner!  Chow!

    Pasta dishes like chicken parm or ravioli pasta salad or shrimp risotto with a crusty loaf of pugelise and for dessert, biscuit tortoni - and I'm not even Italiano.

    My favorite dessert is something I whip up
    It's a Ritz cracker crust, with vanilla ice cream mixed with pistachio instant pudding mix, covered with cool whip, then sprinkled with crushed heath bars.  Now I did it, I'm drooling.

    Filet Mignon for fav. food....fav. dessert is harder!!!  Hmmmm.....  fresh baked cookies and/or ice cream.....maybe some cheese cake....oh and blueberry cobbler... fudge...yeah that's good too......anything chocolate.

    I love Indian food followed closely by my grandmother's farm cooking. As for desserts, depends on the day. Desserts range from plain old ice cream to Death By Chocolate Mousse Cake.

    I really, really love organic blueberries. So much so that I realized today that I'm starting to hoard them in my freezer like a little squirrel. I buy huge bags of them and they get lost in the back of the freezer...today I found two 1 lb bags. ahahaha
    
    I drink a blueberry smoothie everyday at 4pm and always have a cup with breakfast.

    Favorite food... Thai food.
    Curry chicken... with peanut sauce and veggies... is the best.
    I can't think of a great dessert... chocolate covered strawberries maybe?
