   I saw her from a afar one day... and she scared me.

   i met my husband when we were both 13, we lived far away from each other and wrote to each other every day, for 4 years.  We married at 17...  Had 3 children and now 7 grandchildren.  We have been married 35 yers...

      When I was 9 I asked my older sister if he was too old for me to marry, on the first day I saw him.
      She counted on her fingers and said "no".
      I didn't think about it again until several years later.
      We have been married for  48 years so far.

            You are right it isn't always easy. We do now have a couple of cherry trees... some times the birds get them first, but then there's also plums, apples and pears.
