    Hey guys. I have a report to write for my critical writing class and I was hoping I could come to you guys for a bit of help! I would appreciate it if you could answer the questions below! Thanks!!!

    On average, how often do you eat fast food per week?:   

    How often do you participate in physical activity? (i.e. sports, gym, jogging):   

    How often do you cook a meal for yourself? (other than just heating something up):

    On average, how often do you eat fast food per week?: 
    Zero on average-- maybe once a month,usally if traveling.

    How often do you participate in physical activity? (i.e. sports, gym, jogging):   
    Walk the dog about one mile a day, some gardening.

    How often do you cook a meal for yourself? (other than just heating something up):
    almost every day, sometimes twice a day. 

    How often do you eat out at a restaurant other than fast food?: 
    About once, sometimes twice a week, but it's usually breakfast or lunch. 

    Do you frequently eat fruits and vegetables?: 
    Yes. Grow a lot myself.

    Do you consider yourself a healthy eater?:
    Mostly. 

    What is your primary reason for eating fast food?:
    Only when nothing else is available or convenient. Actually fast food places in my area are few and far between which is fine because the choices are terrible. 


    Do you consider fast food inexpensive?:   
    No, especially for the quality of food.

    How many meals do you prepare per day?:   
    Two or three.

    How many meals do you eat per day?: 
    Usually two, and maybe a snack or two,

    Are you overweight or obese?: 
    I could lose 10 lbs.. but I'm OK

    What is the biggest obstacle stopping you from eating healthier?: 
    Nothing, but I'm eating almost all healthy now.

    On average, how often do you eat fast food per week?:   mainly for coffee in the a.m. on the way to work; once a week a bagel.

    How often do you participate in physical activity? (i.e. sports, gym, jogging):    walk everyday; gardening; high energy person in general; ride my bicycle - long 35-40k trips every 2 weeks - should do more.

    How often do you cook a meal for yourself? (other than just heating something up):    once a day - actual cooking;

    How often do you eat out at a restaurant other than fast food?:    couple times a month;

    Do you frequently eat fruits and vegetables?:    every day

    Do you consider yourself a healthy eater?:    used to be a really, really healthy eater...getting back there....

    What is your primary reason for eating fast food?:  convenience - only in the a.m. 

    On average, how much do you spend on groceries per month?: not sure; should know.   

    Do you consider fast food inexpensive?:    yes.

    How many meals do you prepare per day?:   usually 3 x

    How many meals do you eat per day?:   3 x; plus 1 or 2 snacks; basically eat when I'm hungry.

    Are you overweight or obese?:    no; underweight and am trying to even it out right now.

    What is the biggest obstacle stopping you from eating healthier?:    me; life changes; will get it back on track; used to cook for others; now adjusting to just cooking for me; big change but I'll get it back to the way I used to put more effort into cooking, its preparation and nutritional value; been eating more carbs than usual just to put some weight back on.

    How often do you participate in physical activity? (i.e. sports, gym, jogging): 1 hour of aerobics morning, 1 hour yoga night.
    How often do you cook a meal for yourself? (other than just heating something up):  4 times a day, 7 days a week.
    How often do you eat out at a restaurant other than fast food?:  once or twice a week.
    Do you frequently eat fruits and vegetables?:  ATLEAST 5 fruit and 5 veggie servings daily.
    Do you consider yourself a healthy eater?:  yes
    What is your primary reason for eating fast food?:  I don’t eat it.
    On average, how much do you spend on groceries per month?: $400 for two people
    Do you consider fast food inexpensive?:  No, it’s a complete waste of time and money.
    How many meals do you prepare per day?:  4 meals per day
    How many meals do you eat per day?:  4 meals per day, 1,600 calories
    Are you overweight or obese?:  No
    What is the biggest obstacle stopping you from eating healthier?: 
    Please add any additional comments. You’re assuming we are eating fast food and not eating healthy.

    underweight

    What is the biggest obstacle stopping you from eating healthier?:
    Number 1 is caregiving for my husband and Number 2 is not much of an appetite

    Often when the caregiving starts weighing on me to much I have prepared meals delivered to the home which are frozen and I simply have to heat.  On the good days, I cook.
