If too much love here means overprotective parents and too much care then YES ITS KILLING ME ALREADY

Ahhh.  Parents are a pain.  Then, when you become one, your kids drive you crazy.  My parents used to do my head in.  Now I'm old and they are no longer living, I miss them like crazy and wish I could climb in a time machine and go visit them.  Hard fo you to do right now perhaps but treasure them, they won't be around forever.

Any "love" can kill you if it's unhealthy. Some unhealthy forms take a lot longer to kill than others.

Well if feeding your family = love, my mothers' cooking would have done so.

I'm sure too much love has killed some. Some people who can not be together commit suicide rather than go on alone.

Better too much love than hatred. Parents do not live forever. Love them the way they are.

if it is killing or stifling, then it is misguided love.  But we all make mistakes, and none of us really ever get it right.....  We can keep trying, and hope there are not too many casualities on the way......

Love is almost undefinable.....  hurts as much as it heals at times.
