Woo Hoo, its my wedding anniversary today!

   Gonna have roast chicken wrapped with smoked salmon. Stuffing made from falafel mix, peas, sweet corn and beef jerky bits! Oh and roast potatoes of course
   Bottle of wine, and a kitty visiting (she is the neighbourhood cat who always is visiting!) plus some good telly

   Happy Anniversary!
   
   We just finished a roasted Cornish hen, roasted new potatoes, and sweet corn lunch.  Hubby made it all by himself and all I had to do is come sit down to eat.  And, it's not even my anniversary.

      It is always lovely when the men folk cook!
      (I actually learned to cook from my guy, he grew up in a house with several chefs, brother was a chef in the army, mom and grandma were chefs)

   Roast chicken and a bottle of vino sounds like a great anniversary dinner - it was my OH's birthday yesterday and we had chicken curry (made out of left over roast chicken from the previous night), washed down with a bottle of very nice claret. 
   
   We have three cats, and whenever we have roast chicken we always put a load of newspaper down on the floor, and then chuck the chicken bones onto it.  Cue lots of happy contented bone gnawing from the felines in question

      Our feline visitor is sitting by the door like she wants to go out. I would let her but I know better, she really does not want to go out just yet!
