I hope you are able to see the bald patch on my head. Its worrying me so much. I am only 19 and I am pretty sure I would be completely bald by the time I am 25. Help me! *Crying*

You look like you have a healthy head of hair, to me.  Have you gone to a dermatologist?  I bet they would reassure you - that spot on your head looks like what we used to call a "cow lick"  and it is normal to have this.  Look at some other guy's your age's heads and hopefully you'll get over the worry!  Good luck - soon enough, when you're older you'll have plenty of real things about your body to worry about - so enjoy your youth while you can!  and if it is unavoidable, worrying, will still not do you one bit of good.  Instead, think of all the really sexy, vital bald men in the world - there are many!

My husband is completely bald and looks great!  I met him after he lost his hair and he truly is beautiful.  Not that it looks like it's happening to you but if it does, embrace it, don't do the combover or fake hair, really, just be yourself.  Good luck!

It doesn't look like you are going bald at all to me.  Your hair looks full and healthy! But if you were, I agree with Ladybird33, be yourself.  It is not something to be ashamed of and it wouldn't change who you are.
But to me, it looks like you are still enjoying a full head of hair with a cowlick which is the way the hair grows, many people have them but it is harder to notice in long hair.  My daughter has one but her hair is long so I usually only notice it when I part her hair for pigtails.

    this looks like alopecia areata.

you need minoxidil solution 5% to be used twice daily
and if u visit the dermatologist, he will prescribe steroid injections to the area or a steroid cream if u dont want inj.

recovery is expected in 3 months time.

    thx

This is my seventh week on Minoxidil (Rogaine) and it is helping me grow my hairline back.  You have a good chance of success with it since you're young and just now starting to bald.  I feel you on this one.  I'm 22 and started noticing my balding at 19.  It sucks but it happens to the best of us...
