Dreams Do Come True - Thanks HP

   Last year with the release of Panda, I redefined the type of Hubs I was writing. I wanted to create a consistent content image. So I removed all the Hubs that weren't related to programming and started focusing on programming topics that were trendy.
   
   Anyway, last fall an acquisitions agent at a major IT books publishing house, Sams Publishing, started following my work on HubPages and contacted me with an opportunity to write a book for them. I was so ecstatic, I have only been dreaming about being a "Published Author" my whole life.
   
   After 5 months of preparation, I had to submit three versions of the table of contents for the proposed book along with a marketing plan and sales plan, I have finally signed the contract. So if everything goes according to plan, I will be a Published Author by this Spring/Summer.
   
   So I would like to thank HP for this fabulous venue for fledging writers and, ironically, to Google for forcing us to be better writers.

      Yeah, you just never know. At first I thought it was a joke or the person had sent the e-mail to the wrong person, but when I called, I was pleasantly to learn that it was really me that it was really me the offer.
