declare it perfect and call it the law of freedom?

Jas 1:25  But he that looked into the perfect Torah, that of freedom, and continues in it, not becoming a hearer that forgets, but a doer of work, this one shall be blessed in his doing of the Torah.
Jas 2:12  So speak and so do as those who are to be judged by a Torah of freedom.

I think you have the wrong law in question.

This does not refer to the law of Moses, but the law of liberty in Christ, as per Gal 5;1 "Stand fast therefore in the liberty with which Christ has made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage."

Verse 18 clarifies this as "But if you are being led by the Spirit, you are not under the law." (the Law of Moses).

So Yahuwshuwa said to those Yehudim/Jews who believed Him, “If you stay in My Word, you are truly My taught ones, and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
They answered Him, “We are the seed of Abraham, and have been servants to no one at any time. How do you say, ‘You shall become free’?”
Yahuwshuwa answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone doing sin is a servant of sin. And the servant does not stay in the house forever – a son stays forever. If, then, the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. I know that you are the seed of Abraham, but you seek to kill Me, because My word has no place in you. I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have heard from your father.”
They answered and said to Him, “Abraham is our father.
” Yahuwshuwa said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do the works of Abraham. Joh 8:31-39

So shall I keep thy Torah continually for ever and ever. And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.Psa 119:44-45

To “be in bondage to,” or to “be a slave of,” or to “be a servant of,” are three different ways of translating the same Hebrew word and its Greek equivalent. The decision to use any one of these three terms has always rested with the translator.  The bondage that we should be beware of, and be set free from, is of course “bondage to sin” – as we read in  Yahuwchanan/Joh 8:34 and Rom 6:6-23.

Rom 6:1  What, then, shall we say? Shall we continue in sin, to let favour increase?
Rom 6:2  Let it not be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?
Rom 6:3  Or do you not know that as many of us as were immersed into Messiah Yahuwshuwa were immersed into His death?
Rom 6:4  We were therefore buried with Him through immersion into death, that as Messiah was raised from the dead by the esteem of the Father, so also we should walk in newness of life.

Rom 6:5  For if we have come to be grown together in the likeness of His death, we shall be also of the resurrection,
Rom 6:6  knowing this, that our old man was impaled with Him, so that the body of sin might be rendered powerless, to serve sin no longer.
Rom 6:7  For he who has died has been made right from sin.

Rom 6:8  And if we died with Messiah, we believe that we shall also live with Him,
Rom 6:9  knowing that Messiah, having been raised from the dead, dies no more – death no longer rules over Him.
Rom 6:10  For in that He died, He died to sin once for all; but in that He lives, He lives to Elohim.
Rom 6:11  So you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to Elohim in Messiah Yahuwshuwa our Master.

Rom 6:12  Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, to obey it in its desires,
Rom 6:13  neither present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to Elohim as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to Elohim.
Rom 6:14  For sin shall not rule over you, for you are not under the law but under favour.

Rom 6:15  What then? Shall we sin because we are not under Torah but under favour? Let it not be!
Rom 6:16  Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves servants for obedience, you are servants of the one whom you obey, whether of sin to death, or of obedience to righteousness?

Rom 6:17  But thanks to Elohim that you were servants of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of teaching to which you were entrusted.
Rom 6:18  And having been set free from sin, you became servants of righteousness.

Rom 6:19  I speak as a man, because of the weakness of your flesh. For even as you did present your members as servants of uncleanness, and of lawlessness resulting in lawlessness, so now present your members as servants of righteousness resulting in set-apartness.
Rom 6:20  For when you were servants of sin, you were free from righteousness.
Rom 6:21  What fruit, therefore, were you having then, over which you are now ashamed? For the end thereof is death.
Rom 6:22  But now, having been set free from sin, and having become servants of Elohim, you have your fruit resulting in set-apartness, and the end, everlasting life.
Rom 6:23  For the wages of sin is death, but the favourable gift of Elohim is everlasting life in Messiah Yahuwshuwa our Master.

That does not answer the point, nor the question.

Will keeping the Law (Torah) save you, or NO?

Please don't post sections of scripture. That just says what it says, but we may see different things in it.

James 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. James said it is the law of LIBERTY, LIBERTY, LIBERTY, LIBERTY, JESUS BROUGHT LIBERTY, Galatians 5:1  Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. THE BONDAGE WAS THE OLD TESTAMENT LAW. GET A REVELATION.

The Law by itself can't save, its faith and works together that saves.
Jas 2:14  My brothers, what use is it for anyone to say he has belief but does not have works? This belief is unable to save him.

Jas 2:18  But someone might say, “You have belief, and I have works.” Show me your belief without your works, and I shall show you my belief by my works.
Jas 2:19  You believe that Elohim is one. You do well. The demons also believe – and shudder!
Jas 2:20  But do you wish to know, O foolish man, that the belief without the works is dead?
Hab 2:4  Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: But the Just shall live by his Faith.

It's always been about faith and works. It's one message throughout all the Scriptures.

1Jn 2:1  My little children, I write this to you, so that you do not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Intercessor with the Father, Yahuwshuwa Messiah, a righteous One.
1Jn 2:2  And He Himself is an atoning offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world.
1Jn 2:3  And by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands.
1Jn 2:4  The one who says, “I know Him,” and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1Jn 2:5  But whoever guards His Word, truly the love of Elohim has been perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.

1Jn 2:6  The one who says he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked.

1Jn 2:7  Beloved, I write no fresh command to you, but an old command which you have had from the Beginning. The old command is the Word which you heard from the Beginning.

Joh 14:15  “If you love Me, you shall guard My commands.

Joh 14:21  “He who possesses My commands and guards them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and manifest Myself to him.”

Joh 14:23  Yahuwshuwa answered him, “If anyone loves Me, he shall guard My Word. And My Father shall love him, and We shall come to him and make Our stay with him.
Joh 14:24  “He who does not love Me does not guard My Words. And the Word which you hear is not Mine but of the Father Who sent Me.
