Abdominal exercise?

   I got the oddest notice on my hub on "dog tummy problems"; it said that my affiliated links are disabled because my hub has been identified as talking about abdominal exercise programs? I e-mailed support. No wonder why my earnings got so low lately!

      Hopefully, your email will solve this problem and give you some sense of direction.  Be patient, as staff usually will not reply until Monday for messages over the weekend.

      It is frustrating, but it's an automated filter.  I had the same problem with my belly dance Hubs!
      
      I assume support has now "cleared" your Hub?

   I don't even now if they will contact me back on this! This is the note:

   This is the weirdest message I have got since the day I joined! But oddly I see ads running on the hub, so why are they saying they are disabled? I hate when things like this happen on week-ends!

   I once wrote a Hub about grade-school crushes between kids (puppy love) and got a bunch of pet and pet-care "related Hubs" on it.  Another time, on another site, I answered a question about s-x education in schools and was shocked to get a big, flashing, red, warning thing that told me the site didn't allow "things of a s--xual nature" discussed.       It doesn't take much to trigger off alarms and filters.

   Believe me.  I had my share of these alarms, but they can be fixed if you take the time to "explain away" and be willing to work with staff.  Same as working with an editor.  Just as long as you didn't have your own abdominal problems over this or totally pulled your hair out--that's fine.  Sorry.  I have a relative who has irritable bowel, so something like this happening to her would have set her off big time.  Looks like you did just fine.  Right???  Hope so!

   What is so bad about abdominal exercies, though? I would think that would be G-rated, useful info instead of a topic that could get someone in trouble with adsense.

         Whaaaaat?! Not to hijack a post here but I've been working on a six part series on hair loss (not in any way meant to be spammy) and so am I to understand that I'm going to have a problem publishing this? Realize this is another highly over-saturated topic but in reality it is very hard to find reliable info. out there about the subject!
