    Hi all,

We've broken the "Report a Problem or Suggest a New Feature"  forum into 4 separate forums, each of which will be monitored by a different staff member:
    - Report a Technical Problem or Bug (monitored by Matt Meyer)
    - Report an Ad Problem (monitored by Marina Lazarevic)
    - Report a Traffic Problem (monitored by Paul Edmondson)
    - Suggest a New Feature (monitored by Micki Seibel)

As always, moderation questions should be directed to the moderation team, after, naturally, reviewing any emails you've been sent carefully, and reading the relevant entry in the Learning Center.

We hope the restructuring will help bring quicker resolution to any problems you're experiencing, and surface some terrific new feature proposals. smile

Brilliant!  Thank you thank you thank you!

I've been getting frustrated at seeing so many problems not getting picked up in the old format.  This will be a great step forward.

Excellent idea!!!  I know some people complained that their problems weren't answered quickly enough, so maybe this will help with that.  I love the idea of separate categories for different issues.  It should make things much smoother, and easier on the HP team!
