   So I heard recently that there is a hubpages newsletter and I was wondering how to sign up for it? Does anybody know?

   You must make sure that in your preferences you have allowed HubPages to email you.  Also, make sure to add hubpages.com to your safe list so it doesn't get caught in spam filters.

      oh... I had that turned on for a while but then I would get like a thousand emails a day that tell me about people who've published hubs. Is there any other way to get it?

   Even though HubPages is alllowed to email me, and it's on my white list, I still don't get it all the time, and it does not turn up in my junk or spam folders.

   Allowing HubPages to email you and allowing other users to email you are two separate preferences.
   
   You can have one without the other.

      oh... you're right. But that means that I've always been able to get emails from hubpages and I still haven't ever gotten the newsletter eventhough I've gotten lots of other emails from hubpages...

   I got one newsletter after I joined, but I don't think I have got any more. I definitely didn't get last week's, and I haven't changed any settings.
   
   relache, I don't think college politico was talking about emails from other Hubbers, but the emails sent automatically from Hubpages to fans when a new Hub is published. Can you get the newsletter and not fan notifications?
   
   In my case, though, I seem to be getting my fan notifications completely reliably, and the newsletter about one week in three, on the current sample.
   
   And I get to see anything my system flags as spam, so I know it's not my spam filter - unless BlueHost has a spam filter running across all the domains it hosts (seems unlikely, and I'da thought Hubpages would be whitelisted by them anyway).
   
   Any suggestions as to how I can get the newsletter every week?
   
   Alternatively, could the team post the newsletter as a page somewhere? In a forum thread or on a blog? Or as Hubs? Or just as an archive of regular, boring web pages?

   I believe I've only received one or two newsletters as well. Also, Yahoo email keeps putting the new hubs in my spam folder and I keep marking them "Not Spam."

    Sorry everyone.
    
    The newsletter was done - on our end - yesterday.
    
    The problem? Topica (the service we use to mail it out). It is now 26 hours after I uploaded an import of data for them, with the stats you see in your email. They still haven't processed it yet.
    
    They are unfortunately the source of a LOT of problems I have to grapple with week after week. Fortunately, we'll be moving to a new platform, hopefully within a month. With that will come better reliability, and probably more interesting reporting statistics too.

    I used to get something else that went through Topica...CRWOPPS, maybe?....and there were issues there sometimes, too.
    
    Hang in there....we sure will.  Or at least I will (nothing like a presumptuous upstart speaking for everyone, now is there?)

    From my end, I always seem to get the newsletter with consistency.  But I've only been here 6-7 weeks.  I'll wait and see if I get the delayed newsletter for this week soon.

    I received it.  Depending on your mail provider, you may experience issues receiving it.  I know that they've had horrid issues with Topica, so that may be the problem, if it isn't your mail service.

       I use aol.com for my hubpages email could that be the problem?

    Politico, try putting "editor@hubpages.com" in your address book.  That may help.
