      You've got to ask yourself, who is your audience? What are they there for?
      
      Adsense can be used on ones own websites, and in other forums I see a lot of discussion with people asking why they don't earn much or why they don't see a lot of clicks.
      
      I see it a lot with people who have online games sites. You know those flash games? Some of those flash games are a lot of fun. They're great time wasters. But who's using them?
      
      Young people, who aren't particularly attracted to clicking on an ad. People playing them in the office during their lunch break (or in fact during work) who are there simply to blow off some steam and enjoy themselves, they're not going to be interested in clicking on ads either.
      
      So that sort of site doesn't lend itself to being much of a revenue raiser.
      
      Your hubs are about music. You rely heavily on video capsules. People are there to watch and listen. Their eyes aren't running over lines and lines of text with the chance that they'll see a contextual ad that makes them go 'hey, what's that?' something that's in relation to the topic and requires a person to click through to find out more. So they click.
      
      I'd take what I've said here, and what Relache has said, and realise that expecting money from the type of hubs you specialise in, is fruitless.
      
      That isn't to say you shouldn't make them. You have plenty of good reasons to make them, but making money from Adsense has to be removed from that list.

   I've had 84,000 page views and zero revenue. I assume this is pretty much the norm? I do have ads posted on most of my hubs, and I've got Kontera, too. So far, I haven't received a single check.

   Aya, with Google it does seem that you should at least double-check to make sure you entered your ad sense code on HubPages "affiliate settings".  Of course, if by "no revenue" you just mean you haven't built up enough to collect it yet - that's sounds like the norm.  Based on my experience with Kontera, it has taken quite a while to build up little in Kontera.  I don't think I'll be seeing any deposit for a long time, and I signed up last February.  (Still, make sure your codes are entered.)

      Lisa, yes, I guess I do have revenue in the sense that I've supposedly earned about $24.00. But at this rate it will take about four years before I receive an actual check.

    Entertainment is one of the worst topics to write about if trying to earn on the internet.  It draws traffic, but not a lot of clicks, as the content tends to satisfy the visitor's wants just by looking at it.
    
    And the clicks it draws are among the lowest paying.

    ...because most of your textual content is album track listings I don't think Adsense knows what ads to serve. I'm seeing "buy used camera gear", "Auto Insurance", "Health Insurance"...
    
    Can you transcribe part of what you actually say and add it in a text capsule? That'll give the Google Adsense crawler something to feed on and the Adsense algorithm something to digest.
    
    It will also give the Search Engines more to index.

    Have you done your Google AdSense Pin Verification yet?  That was the problem before, and I imagine it still is.  Requesting a replacement pin is pretty easy, and I think you'd be making at least $25-30/month once complete.  If you don't verify, Google will stop serving ads after a couple of months (as they did for you almost a year ago).

       If you've been paid, either your account is very old or you've probably already done the verification.  For most markets they send you a pin number in the mail at your registered address, but I think they also use a text message based cellphone verification process sometimes.
