Is belief in ANYTHING, including religion, dangerous?

You could as well be wrong. If we could believe in us, we had no need to go anywhere, including a school.

Why should you believe in yourself? What does your self have to offer?

The word Faith can be understood differently, as it present two opposing faces.

One which is most widely used.... which means a forced belief without a solid foundation of knowledge.
This type of faith is blind and ultimately pure ignorance.

Those who subscribe to this type of faith are usually bickering at each other,  each finding their reassurance in multitude of those who believe as themselves...
These are the ones who pour over writing  and records endlessly so as to give stability to what soever they say they believe.

These things they do because their Truth is shifty.

Now there is the next face of Faith, which is based on knowledge, which is evidenced by the thing observed outwardly but yet still thrive only on that which is inwardly.
So therefore to relate to the man you must first understanding him and to understand him you need to be exactly as him..

otherwise he would be to you just as you are to yourself...one who follows after blind faith.

There is a real danger in faith!

What one believes determines who they are, what they do, and, ultimately, determines their destiny.

Yes. As equally believing in nothing; believing or disbelieving in something.
      They are identical.

god in a mirror is dog.
live in a mirror is evil.

Every parallel of Duality has its equal. Neither and both are correct-incorrect, right-wrong, good-bad. Both are void of fulfillment, of Truth, which results in the destruction//death of both.

      James.

If we let go of beliefs we are better for it.
