   That's a tough one, Michele. It depends upon what perspective you speak from, religious or social. I believe that there are a lot of young couples who are spiritually and emotionally mature enough to discern via their religious beliefs and make the decision that works for them. I also know that there are young people who are not socially responsible enough to deal with all that comes with being sexually active. On the flip side, waiting until marriage may be the "right" thing but naivitee and inexperience can also cause problems in a marriage. So, as I said, that's a tough one with no definitive answer.

         I agree every couple is different, in maturity levels and such. It would be a shame if a couple was compatable in many areas but not sex, as it's been brought out here, you get to see each other on a whole, more intimate level. What if you don't like what you see? I say take the plunge! Many teens who make those chastity vows break them anyway. But in conclusion, only the two together can decide what's right for them, and I hope they are at least in their later teens.

   In my opinion, one should not engage in sex before marriage. But, if someone is unable to control their feelings and emotions then he/she can have. Sex before marriage is not good at all, it ruins our character too.

   I believe life is a personal journey.
   It's up to the individual to decide what is best for them. No one should be able to tell you what to do with your own body. Ideally you want to find a mate that shares your own values.

   I believe people should do what works for them. Personally I think sex is a very large part of a relationship. I couldn't imagine not knowing that side of our relationship in the years we were together before marriage.

   Sex is a very important part of a relationship and during sex is when you see each other at your most vulnerable. Sexual compatibility is not gaurunteed and it would be a great shame to find that the partner who is so perfect in other aspects of life just does not connect with you physically. This could lead to great unhappiness. It is also true that it takes time to truly connect in a physical way... so initial lack of connection isn't to be taken as a failure. In the end everyone is different and should only do what they are comfortable with. Peace.

   good question...too bad my christian buddy waited....second marriage...no one was a virgin in the first place...but.....instead they...waited and waited....marrried....divorced very soon after and i mean really, really soon after....the sex must have been bad!...i figure they should not have waited!....i feel bad for the blended family - the children.....blended and then not blended....what a mess!  all for the luv of their beliefs!...whatever!

         ...sometimes my buddy and I laugh about his second marriage...you have to find something to laugh about right?...but.....i never bring up my thoughts around the 'sex' thingie!....i want him to try again one day...but i'll encourage him not to wait next time around!...the poor children!...they are getting older and hopefully won't be living at home for try no. 3!...i hear no. 3 is a charm or sumthin' like that!....

            I'm not so sure about that 3rd time lucky stuff... I mean.... who is it REALLY lucky for???
            
            Some people should spare others the misery and just enjoy their sorry butts only at the Dance of the Desperates... and not inflict real people with such poor relationship skills! 
            
            I'm pretty sure the new selective breeding programs will sort out the duds though!

               30 degrees!  sun!   Sand!.....surf!....and everything is hot.....and don't tell me.....BBQ?! with some cold cervesa!...shorts, bathing suits, suntan lotion and/or for the fair, sunscreen! sandals...........cold salads!...more salad!.....and....motorcycles!!!!!!...warm breeze!!!....warm water!!!!....happy, happy people smiling in the warm sunshine, blue skies, etc etc? 
               
               ....just fantasizing about NZ...........................good for you PD!........enjoy!.....
