JUST GOT TRADED FROM SQUIDOO TO HUB PAGES, AND LOVING IT!

   I joined Hub Pages some time ago, but was never active.  I had been working with Squidoo. I was quite surprised to have found out so abruptly that behind the scenes Squidoo was being sold.  But that's business.
   
   I have just put up my first Hub, and have been pleasantly surprised at the tools I can use.  I actually like the setup here at Hub Pages better!
   
   I wished I had put up a Hub sooner.
   
   My name is Tom Foster, and I am from the Fort Myers area of Florida, on the Gulf Coast.  Married to Bonnie, and enjoying ourselves in the Land of Sunshine.
   
   I write about Health, Family and Living among a host of other topics.
   
   I look forward to meeting folks here and please feel free to read my Hubs,  and befriend me.  It is my pleasure to be among such wonderful people.

   After a brief panic about my pages, I'm feeling pretty content myself.  There is a lot to like here.  I do miss a few things but we adapt and we move on.  I am most relieved that when people click our Squidoo links, they will be redirected here.  I've had a lot of people link to my pages on forums and would hate for them to end up at a 'dead end'.
   
   I really do think this will work well.  I'm excited

      Thanks for the note.  Yes,  it looks good here and I am excited about the future possibilities.  I think when it came to Squidoo, and Hub Pages, it was either or with me.  I had started with Squidoo and so I stuck with them.
      
      But I am very delighted to be here and have found people very friendly and receptive.

    Hi all! I joined both Squidoo and HubPages a couple of years ago and decided to put all my efforts into Squidoo. I enjoyed my time there and met some great folks. I'm hoping for a similar experience here.
