It is one of the funniest movies ever made in America. You should definitely see it through until the end. I could quote it all day.

Especially if you've seen other Mel Brooks' movies and enjoyed them (Blazing Saddles, History of the World, etc.)

Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: Igor, help me with the bags.
Igor: [Imitating Groucho Marx] Soitenly. You take the blonde, I'll take the one in the turban.
Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: I was talking about the luggage.

    It's, "Put, the candle, back."

Not only is the writing precise, the delivery was superb. Watch it again. Slow down. Give it credit for being deeper than it looks. It's really, really good. Comedic genius on every level: writing, directing, production and acting.

MMM, yes this dessert is delicious.  I didn't say anything,  You did!  You made a yummy sound.... No, I didn't.  Not me, Then, it must be the monster!

or,  Gene Hackman as the blind hermit who accidentally repeatedly mistreats the monster, who runs out the door, "But, I was going to make, Espresso!"

I love it when they are trying to sedate the monster, and they are playing sharades. And, Igor says Said-a-give. Said-a-give!!

    Another good one is

Is that a werewolf? and Igor says "There. There wolf"

"Why are you talking like that?
"I thought you wanted me to."
    "No."
"that's fine by me. I'm easy."

And the blind man's hut. OH my god!
