He's actually pardoned more people than all presidents combined.
Mostly blacks (being the non-racist guy that he is) , drug dealers serving life terms.
Probably friends he had when he worked the streets in Chicago.
Omama takes care of his buddies, just like hillary killary.

Yeah, for sure.   The one certain result of this election is the confirmation of the appalling bias of MSM. I won't forget their absolute absurdity and the rigged polls.  It was evident that Trump had won, but none of MSM dared announce Trump's victory even though it was plain to see, not until after Hillary called to concede and congratulate President Trump.

"For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ:  for it is the POWER of GOD unto salvation to every one that believeth ("rightly divided" doctrine)..."

If you "believed," you wouldn't "gloat" so IGNORANTLY!

Let's meet here same time next year and you'll be asking yourself the same thing Trump is asking himself "What in the HELL have I done?" (by voting for this man)!"

          HA!

          "The FIRST will be LAST!"

          Scripture WILL BE "fulfilled!"

No ma'am I have never been accused of being subtle. For you, it may be political. But not for me. I suspect you dislike Trump. I get it. But that does not make me a Trump fan club by default regardless of what you may think. I did not vote for Trump. But be assured that I would never vote for Hillary. What I am addressing are ideologies. Ideologies of shoveling it out and then calling themselves victims for instance. The same type of mentality that called you names, so insensitive I cannot even remind you of it, so personal and insensitive I question my own motives, when I called them on it. If you think Im gloating. That is your opinion.

            1. profile image52
Norine Williamsposted 7 years agoin reply to this

You know Phoenix!  I have always said "I voted for the LESSER OF THE TWO EVILS" albeit BOTH are LIARS (aka politicians) but the one who closest represent JESUS e.g. "CHOICE," providing for the less fortunate ("Love thy neighbor as thyself"), equality for ALL (to this best of man's ability)  which aligned more with JESUS and HIS teachings so not political for me.

I don't dislike Trump as I've stated previously on HP "At least he's honest in speaking his dislikes and tells what's on his mind which is more than I can say Hillary!"

Whose "ideologies?"  Blacks?  Again those people were "made that way!"  I don't have to give you the history of Blacks in America and if you're honest  and "walk a mile in their shoes," you would agree!

When one is "IGNORANT" to facts be it religious or cultural, they fear the unknown and retaliate with "name calling" and "insensitivity!"  Just people who don't know JESUS!

What I feel you do is "pick people's brains" to see where they're coming from then use to "insult!"  I think I asked you once "Are you the psychologist for HP?"  It's all a "mind game" to you!  You may think it's "intelligence," but I will remind you what GOD SAID!  Proverbs 6:16-19 "These six things doth the LORD HATE:  yea, seven are an abomination to him:  A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood (not "physical" murder only), An heart that diveseth wicked imaginations (Sounds familiar?), feet that be swift in running to mischief (Does this too?), A false witness that speaketh lies (Familiar?), and he that soweth discord among his brethren (This too?)!"  Therefore, when you use your "intelligence" (Asking 1K questions to "pick brains!"), you work for Satan!

              That is "GOD'S opinion!"

Just popping in to congratulate Trump voters on their awesome win. You have the presidency and the legislature.  We are looking forward to all the wonderful improvements you will make to the economy, the tremendous job growth Trump will bring to our soon-to-be-great-again country (especially the manufacturing jobs he promised and you voted for), the mass deportation of 12 million illegals that I'm sure will start as soon as he takes office and the MILLIONS of jobs that will create, especially in the agricultural industry.  Oh, and the wall, let's not forget the glorious wall that will be built with Mexico's money.  I can't wait to see it!  It will be tremendous!.

Lastly, when will Hillary be locked up?  We all know she's guilty, no trial needed.  The rigged government will just find her innocent anyway.  FINALLY, a man who will take the law into his own hands and LOCK HER UP!  Who cares about the justice system?  It's failed so far.  Oh, can we have a trial for the 92 murders perpetrated by the Clinton Mafia?  Or, will that be dispensed with in the interest of justice?  Lock her up!

Anyway, no way am I moving to Canada.  I have lots of popcorn to buy so I can watch the Trump Train to Tyranny!  I hope it starts on Inauguration Day!

Interesting that you're calling my post a rant, when I am merely delineating some of the central policies Trump ran on and his supporters LOVED.  Heck, they chanted "Lock her up" at the RNC convention!  Are you saying you don't like that idea?

She should be locked up of course ,   What liberally  uninformed like yourself can't seem to grasp or at least acknowledge  , immigration is a double edged sword. There is the legal way and the illegal way , let them in , in controlled numbers by the gates  as always but  stop the internationally supported  illegal influx!

I suggest , get used to it , stop giving unaccounted for foreign aid to Mexico - that will pay for the  wall ! That and your income taxes.

Don't need a wall.  Just need some real teeth in employment laws prohibiting illegals from working.  And maybe a shutdown of freebie services - do those two and we won't need to deport hardly anyone.

Think Trump is smart enough to figure that out?

I've read many articles about the millions of immigrants the Obama Adm has deported.  It has not been a favorite topic of MSM for some reason.   I don't know that Trump will deport more, that might be hard to do because Obama has broke the records of other presidents from what I understand.

Obama and Hillary worked very hard to cast doubts and fears on a Trump presidency with the help of MSM. Yeah, don't report the truth.

Seems, with the rioting and burning of stuff after the election, we'd lose some demoncraps - which wouldn't be a bad thing.
For Trumps "deplorables" I see no rioting, no burning, just law abiding citizens.
Just the demoncraps, once again, breaking the law and harming others property.

No other country in the world has the dynamics of America. We are unique. It's difficult for those from other counties to understand, much less if you're an American.
Americans are either going to be a socialistic cesspool, or a freedom loving country. Trump is, possibly, looking out for the freedoms of the common person.
This liberal BS of political correctness and "hurt feelings"  and bigotry only found in conservatives, is nonsense. Democrats are the biggest bigots of all - just look at the recent riots after the election.
We just got done with a bigot in the White House for 8 years. Trump, hopefully, will bring in some fresh air to the cesspool we have in D.C.

That is why Trump is having trouble finding first rate talent for his inaugural gala?

But he can always call on Ted Nugent, the Morman Tabernacle Choir, or the 16 year old teen as second runner up on the TV program "America's Got Talent", who has mastered the gazoo.

But it is not just the libs, so far the only former living POTUS to have expressed the intention of attending the inaugural gala is Jimmy Carter. No Clinton nor Bushes, even Obama has not indicated that he would attend. To bad that the right cannot resurrect Ronald Reagan, perhaps he would attend?

This is just a harbinger of what awaits Mr. Trump, and he has not even assumed the mantle, yet.

I know of a good few people who have applied for passports.

That said, it surprises me that these people don't realize one can't just go and live and work in another country. There is an application process which is very tough.

To legally live and work in any country (USA, included), you have to have certain qualifications, a certain financial standing, a criminal check, a medical check up, etc.  It's also quite expensive (Been there, done that.)

One cannot just up and go and live in Canada, or Europe, or Australia, or South America. So while the sentiment might have been there, the practicalities are somewhat difficult to overcome.

That said, the people I know who have applied for passports have property in other countries or they have access to second passports as a result of marriage, etc.

The bottom line is that liberals (and progressives) won't be leaving the country in droves.

That said, after three or four years of Trump, Trump supporters might be applying for passports as well.

Why do you think that? I find the Republican view of liberals in America to be bizarre. Although I am more progressive than liberal, I would take on any Republican in the bush or anywhere else. I don't know where you get this idea that liberals are wimps. I find the lack of kindness, the lack of insight, and lack of compassion in American conservatives to be offensive.

I don't know many Republican woman who have put a rucksack on their back and gone into the heart of Africa, sailed down the Amazon, gone into the heart of India, etc  I'm not talking about living in hotels. I'm talking about living rough, the backwoods, the places wher\e the locals go.

Today, I attended the Cape Minstrels in Cape Town. I was a lone white face amongst thousands and thousands of Cape Coloureds. Didn't worry me. Every day, I move on African transport, something shunned by conservative white South Africans because they are scared.

I'm not scared. I'm not really a scared person. I know how to look after myself. I am, however, called a libtard by Americans.

Yes.. When I first came to America, I was absolutely horrified. I think it's fair to say that I left hubpages originally (and facebook) because I was called so many names for views that are the norm (or certainly were the norm) in Europe and the UK for most of my life.

I also eventually left America because of Republicans. I never want to live in a country where there is so much hatred and where I am constantly disparaged because I happen to have the values of a European. Those values are written in the Charter of Human Rights, something which America does not have.

I have been called every name under the sun for my views. So much for the land of the free and the home of the brave.

I don't get the issue with abortion. That has been the norm for half a century elsewhere. Then, again, most people in the first world outside America tend to be secular. I don't get the issue with gay marriage. Each to his own. I don't get the rejection of hard science, of climate change, of believing in mystical gods. I honestly don't get it.

I didn't realize when I went to America that I would be stepping back in time. I thought I was going to an advanced civilization.

You expect people to accept your views but you find other peoples views unacceptable, so much so that you have to flee Facebook.  Because in your opinion, republicans and religious people etc, are uncivilized or behind the times compared to your progressive view of reality. You have not possibly met eveyone of them but the generalization is good enough. You base your beliefs on some unspecified subjective standard and everyone else has to abide that? You sometimes become disconcerted because people make assumptions about you and other liberals find this an egregious offense that should be punished while conversely doing the same thing to them, is this a fair assessment?

No, it's NOT the views. I might find the views somewhat outdated, but I wouldn't have had an issue with that. I have an issue with being called names, with being viciously trolled, something which I had never in my entire life encountered before.

They trolled me for my views. They didn't just disagree They called me every single name under the sun.

And, yes, what did you expect me to do? Carry on being trolled? I was incredibly upset at the time. I had never met such viciousness in my life . I had no idea how to handle it. Day after day, I was polite in my response, explaining it.

              Did I get politeness back?

No, I got called names, etc.

So, you're entitled to believe exactly what you like. I really don't care. Not my life. However, when people begin to attack my character, and when that appears to be the norm amongst a lot of people, I have to reconsider my perspective.

              In the end, I left.

The irony of that is that before I came to the USA, I was warned - repeatedly. I thought that the people warning me didn't know what they were talking about. Then, for the first few years, every time I met another immigrant, they would ask me what I thought of Americans. All of them thought that Americans had no idea how to make friends.

I met a guy from Jamaica who said he had been in America for 31 years, made an excellent living, but had never made a friend.

I met a South African who were massively successfuly in America. Owned a chain of restaurants. He said America was the hardest country he had ever lived in. I was flabbergasted. I asked him why as he had made so much money. He said that the money was the easy part, but that he had never made a friend, and it was a very lonely existence

So, in the end, I left.

I'm sure you're very happy to see me go.

The good part for me was that, through Google Plus, I eventually met many American progressives. You might call them libtards and wimps. I didn't find that. I found them intelligent, well informed, highly educated, well traveled, etc.

              So, we have different viewpoints.

No, of course, I have not met everyone. I met enough, though, to eventually realize that America would never work for me.

As I said, I'm sure you're pleased to see me go. I understand that. That's why I didn't stay.

According to the dictionary the word proselytize means "to convert" or attempt to convert,  from one religion, belief, or opinion to another.   That is what Christians are called to do.

The word "proselytize" has gotten a bad connotation from those who misinterpret the word and what it truly means. They lack the knowledge of what sharing the Good News means.

Sure there is the Great Commandment (love).  There is also the Great Commission to go into all the world..."to convert" people by repentance, to change their belief, to believe in the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Jesus commissioned his disciples to preach repentance... "The Good News" to all nations, "to convert" others by sharing their faith in His life, death and resurrection and the forgiveness of sins.

"How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" So, in a way those who carry the Good News have spiritually had a pedicure, and their feet are beautiful in God's sight.

If, we truly love our neighbors, we should not just let them go into eternity without Jesus, without sharing the Gospel.  Its like carrying the good news that the 'battle of war' is over and everyone is safe, and that all one has to do is accept the free gift of salvation through faith.

Its a pedicure!   smile   Just some spiritual humor on the pedicure.

"Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks."
Whatever a person has in their heart in abundance is what they speak....
unless they are being deceptive, or think they have to be PC.
We have free speech, or we don't. -  I'm at liberty.

You are so right! People simply don't understand what it means to proselytize - especially on a thread meant to unite all Americans by rubbing salt into wounds.

I simply have to share my experience with you. It happened when I met Father Christmas when I was six years old. I had my my own very personal experience with him.

He told me if I went out and told everybody about him, he would give me all the gifts I wanted, and after I died, I go to the North Pole and become an elf in his factory. Can you just imagine all that love?

Just imagine the love. Nobody loves me now. Nobody gives me presents now. I don't have anything as magnifient as that commitment on this earth. I just dream of the day I get to spend working in that cold artiic workshop. smile Don't you think that Father Christmas gave me an amazing promise?

Every since then, I've been working to convert people to Father Christmas. Fortunately, there's a mass of evidence for his existence. For example, his photo is on every Christmas card. (Well, many of them). Plus there are the pine trees. Where do you think the Christmas trees came from if it wasn't for Father Christmas? Then there are all the diffeerent names he is known as. Obviously, someone that well  known has to be authentiic. So it's not as if proof for Father Christmas doesn't exist. I mean there is more evidence for the existence of Father Christmas than there is for Julius Casesar.

Anyway, I just wanted to pass on this superb news to you. Who wouldn't want to be an elf in Father Christmas' workshop after death. Imagine all those amazing presents. And whenever you ask for something on this earth, my father Christmas will give it to you.

Imagine having a daddy billionaire for a father. Such loving kindness. It's not as if anybody else loves you. It's  not as if there are better things to do with your time than annoy other people by your constant ranting about a non existent entity on a post about something completely different.

Nope, people just don't understand how to witness to others.

Really, they ought to get a life.

What else is there to do with one's time other than go on about Father Christmas?

What makes you equate a dislike of being lied to with hating a non-existent god?  That's quite a jump, isn't it?

Of course you do.  You really want others to shove their silly beliefs in your face at every opportunity, demand your time to hear their falsehoods, etc.  Of course you do.

Truthfully though, I don't expect a far right Christian to understand the concept at all.  And they don't - those two verses are so thoroughly spun that the letters might as well be tossed into the air to see what words come out of it when they fall.

            Wilderness:

RELIGION and society has LIED to ALL; losing souls; confusing MOST causing NO ACTION from PROMISES of GOD!  It is "quite a jump" from what WILL actually happen IF one "obeys" and "line up" with the instructions given to inherit HIS PROMISES!

*I* don't want "others to shove their beliefs in my face..." I want them to KNOW the instructions they've not been "taught" via RELIGION to inherit THE PROMISES are PRECISELY the opposite of what IS WRITTEN!

"Truthfully," you and the majority of others will not "understand the concept at all" because of the LIES "taught!"  As there is a recipe for cooking a dish, there is a "recipe" to form a "relationship with GOD" and MOST haven't been "taught" causing them not to see ANY EVIDENCE of a GOD!  They become "dry bones" and attend a church with "dry bones" members and eventually become disgruntled and say "What the Hell!" and become an "Unbeliever" and/or an Atheist!  I would too!

When "gold" was discovered in California, they didn't keep it a "secret" and when I found the "recipe" to form a DIRECT COMMUNICATION LINE to GOD; HE "revealed" to me how to "get in line" for the CONNECTION to inherit HIS blessings, you think I can "keep it a secret?"  If one LOVES someone they want "good" for that individual!  They want that individual to have access to EVERYTHING that would prosper them; both physically and spiritually!  When "IN" Christ, one has AGAPE LOVE and want ALL to experience!  Just a bunch of BS, huh?  They said the same thing of JESUS!

You say the Scriptures say "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you?"  I AM!  I AM praying that all listen to what GOD has SAID to align with HIS WORD to form THE CONNECTION for ACTION from GOD!  No more "dry bones!"  No more RELIGION!  No more LIES!

I am a disciple of Christ and as such OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS (John 14:15)!

JESUS didn't tell me to "keep my beliefs to myself" but COMMANDED me to find out what their beliefs are (Hebrews 6:1-3)  and "CORRECT" (II Timothy 3:16) with HIS WORD!

We "will know them by their fruits" (Matthew 7:16) or whether or not the are TRULY "Christians," when they do are do not do as WORD "COMMANDS!"  I Peter 3:15 says "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready ALWAYS to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:"  Therefore, when you see one "hoping" one "goes away," DELETES HIS WORD, DEFY HIS WORD, or such; we "KNOW THEM BY THEIR FRUIT" and "there is NO LIGHT in them" (Isaiah 8:20), only use HIS WORD to justify their "self righteousness" and are of Satan (I Corinthians 10:21)!

I understand you are an Atheist, but for people to "proclaim Christianity" and feel the way you do, ("GO AWAY!") are only LYING HYPOCRITES  using GOD to justify their "self righteousness!"  At least you are honest!  You have stated "I am Atheist; therefore LEAVE ME ALONE!"  To that I say, we ALL have "choice" but when you get TIRED of trying everything to "fill that empty spot;" HE'S WAITING!

No, you actually don't understand why people are atheists. Atheists are the most highly intelligent people on the planet. They are also the most educated and study after study has shown they know more about religion than religion people. Most of them them have had 'personal relationships' with gods before realizing it's a lot of hogwash.

In fact, your own pastor might be an atheist. If you want to research it, google pastors who have become atheists. There's an entire organisation that caters for them. They don't tell their congregations and they live a lie. But if they leave, they won't have a job.

The percentage of atheists in prison is also the lowest, while Christian criminals compares favourably with other religions. Religious people are far more prone to crime than atheists are.

STudies have also shown that atheists donate more, are more ethical, and have more stable marriages with lower divorce rates.

You know absolutely nothing about atheists except the lies you have been told about us. But then, you're believing a whole lot of lies, anyway. There are no gods. There was no Jesus Christ. You're on your own. When you die, you die.

And if you honestly need the threat of hell or the reward of heaven to make you do good to others, then you're a sad case.

You miss the WHOLE POINT!  It's LIES via RELIGION that has driven you to become "self sufficient/righteous!"  It's RELIGION that has LIED to MOST to make people MISS the CONNECTION LINE to GOD and therefore have not acquired "HARD EVIDENCE" that there is a GOD!  It's RELIGION that has made MOST "search" via their knowledge looking for TRUTH!  It's RELIGION that Satan has used to LOSE SOULS!

I "know you already know," but let me REMIND you!  Acts 1:2 says "Until the day in which he as taken up, AFTER THAT (Did you hear "AFTER THAT?") he "THROUGH THE HOLY GHOST" (Did you hear "HE speaks to us through the HOLY GHOST?") had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen" (Did you hear HE speaks DIRECTLY to us - TODAY (Hebrews 13:8) "IF" we have been "chosen" or have OBEYED by "WAITING" (Acts 1:4)?  That's the WHOLE POINT!  HE told us in Jeremiah 31:34 that Under the New Covenant "No man would have to teach each other because HE would speak to us DIRECTLY "IF" we OBEY HIS "LAST" Commandment!"

That's the problem!  MOST (Especially preachers) haven't "obeyed" and is why morals and values (aka unbelievers) outweigh"Christianity!"  I AGREE!

I don't worry about "the threat of hell or the reward of heaven" for ANYTHING because I know I AM RIGHTEOUS BY by "FAITH" (Romans 3:22) and "doing good to others" is only a by-product of being "IN" Christ!  My concern is making it through THIS LIFE in receipt of ALL OF HIS PROMISES which makes for HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS "IN" me SURPASS those of unbelievers!  REMINDER:  "For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall EXCEED the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall IN NO CASE ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN" (Matthew 5:20)!    Now, with GOD speaking DIRECTLY to us, how could it not?

Therefore, do you see what RELIGION has done?  Do you now know why "there are more "proclaimed Christians" not EXCEEDING the righteousness of unbelievers?

I agree with you "It's SAD!"  No one has ever "taught" TRUTH!

                    IT IS "SAD!"

I'm so glad you asked me why I hate god? I don't, but it does give me permission to ask what your real issues are. What are they? Did you lose a boyfriend? Don't you have any friends? Are you poor? What are the real issues in your life, and why do you think God will solve them? Also, what do you hope to achieve by writing in capital letters? You do know that it doesn't emphasize importance, don't you? It means you are shouting at someone. Don't you think it's rude to shout to people? Do you think you will convert anyone by shouting at them? Or does it just make you feel good about yourself.

I spent ten years as a fundamentalist Christian. It remains the single most destructive element in my life. My life started repairing itself when I used real life solutions to real life problems

For instance, it's pointless praying to god to fix up a crooked nose. Getting an operation fixes it up.

It's pointless praying to god for more money when simply finding a way to earn more money is more likely to have results.

Praying to a non-existent god will not fix up your issues. I know that, because I spent 10 years as a fundamentalist Christian, plus 5 years at a religious school, plus another 10 years working through the garbage heap of the law of attraction and other bs.

Thankfully, I am now in a state of unbelief. The day I finally admitted to myself I was an atheist set me free.

If God doesn't like my lifestyle, then he must be an unethical, immoral, horrible, murdering ignoramus. My  lifestyle is (and always has been) highly ethical by any humane standard.

What is it that you think god won't like about my lifestyle? Please do tell. After all, I'm sure that God is telling you all this stuff personally. And I want evidene. God is mighty after all, isn't he? He will surely provide you the evidence that I am living the kind of lifestyle that will bring on another flood or send the world to Sodom and Gemorrah. And ddon't give me a bible quote. I probably know the bible better than you ever will. And it is a weak mind that has to rely on spouting gibberish verses because it doesn't have the ability to reason.

God has never done anything to me or for me. He doesn't exist. Christians, however, made my life a living hell, and I finally succumbed to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which took me 15 years to eradicate. The financial destruction was something I never recovered from and the emotional destrution took 20 years to cure.

Why do you have a need to shout at people at hubpages? Are you mentally ill?

I am a 67 year old woman who is "computer illiterate" but have a Message that is MORE IMPORTANT than using computer etiquette!  I don't care if you think I'm crazy, illiterate, rude, WHATEVER; I want you to understand the Message (aka "recipe") to CONNECT to GOD!

I had not read your comments BEFORE responding to Wilderness, but my response to him applies to you also!  You see what their "dry bone" RELIGION has done to you?  You see why people get "disgruntled" and turn away from GOD?  You see how Satan has used RELIGION to make people become "disgruntled" and walk away from GOD TRYING to fill that "empty spot" I had for so long?  LIES; ALL LIES!  I'm TIRED!  GOD is TIRED!

Tess, (unlike you) I BELIEVE the Bible "IS" the WORD "from" GOD and therefore it is "IS" GOD speaking (John 1:1)!  You stated you "know the Bible better than I do" so I don't have to tell you GOD told us to "Be fruitful and multiply" and a "same sex relationship" causes humans to lose the capability to replenish the earth!  Think!  If we all eventually formed a relationship as such; how long would we (man) last?  You don't have to be "RELIGIOUS" to realize this!  I won't bore you with Scripture since you know better than me but by "human standards" it's not right!  Only a couple 100 years from now (might be better off) we (man) wouldn't exist!

"GOD has NEVER done anything for you?"  My GOD Tess!  You're breathing aren't you?  You've been given MERCY to do anything you want to do whether you are right or wrong!  You've been given health and strength with all your faculties about you!  You've have the intelligence to acquire provisions in your life!  You've been provided doctors to "straighten your nose!"  You are BLESSED and I'm sure in more ways than I've listed!  What about family and friends?  What about finances?  You say *you* did all these things?  Back to basics girl!  Who REALLY gave you the ability to do these things?  I'm sure LYING "Christians" have "made your life a living hell" because if they don't know the "recipe" then they are just another person "thinking" they "know" GOD!

Look what they've done to not only you but MOST "Ex-Christians?"  Look what RELIGION has done!  I HATE RELIGION!  I HATE LIARS!  I HATE SATAN for using RELIGION to LOSE SOULS!

Oh, as far as "finances" are concerned (the least of matters), do you think after 43 years of marriage we didn't plan for latter years?  What FOOL wouldn't?  We're not rich, but we don't lack!  We own 10 acres in Arkansas in addition to other properties and I'm working on my husband to "get back to basics" by moving to the country growing our own food and raising our own stock!  He's not loving the idea but I'm praying because who knows what the Trump administration will bring!

            Blessings

You poor soul. I'm truly sorry for you being so misguided. I can see from what you have written that you really are sincere.

I don't believe anyone on hubpages has ever been converted to Jesus Christ. Good luck to you. I'm outa here.

The sad part about is that your statement "I don't believe anyone on hubpages has ever been converted to Jesus Christ" is TRUE!  MOST didn't realize Jesus' LAST commandment was to "WAIT" (Acts 1:4) for HIS "help" PROMISED in John 14:26 and 16:13 and just "took off" like a man dragging a cow by his tail across the field saying "I got this!" HA!

"Poor soul?"  I know "you already know," but let me REMIND you of what Hebrews 6:10 says "For GOD is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love, which ye have shewed toward HIS name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister."  Therefore, I don't need anyone's "luck" for I have a WORD from GOD!  However, "good luck" to you since you don't BELIEVE for that's all you have - "LUCK"

                Blessings

You really don't get it, do you? We've all heard this bs before. I first joined hp 6 or so years ago, and then left and came back 2 years ago. I left because of the Christian and political trolling. I hated it.

I truly do not want to hear this bs. You're either deluded or mentally ill. Normal, well adjusted people don't go on the way you do.

I have absolutely no idea why you think you should impose your rants on the rest of us, but it is annoying, and it is ugly.

                  Goodbye.

You mean someone else have told you MUST be "anointed with the Holy Spirit" BEFORE you become "IN" Christ or a "Christian?"  They told you you had to do as THE FIRST CHURCH did on the Day of Pentecost?  They told you have to let "FIRE set upon you" (Acts 2:2-3)?  They told you you had to "appear as drunken men" (Acts 2:13)?  They told you AFTERWARD you would receive "POWER" (Acts 1:9)?  They told you had to "WAIT" (Acts 1:4) to be "chosen" (Acts 1:2)?  They told you GOD would speak DIRECTLY to you (Jeremiah 31:33-34; Acts 1:2)?  They told you ALL of this Tess?  That's a "cop-out" LIE!  Because if they knew they would've presented EVIDENCE showing the FACT there is a GOD and you wouldn't be where you are today!

Just say "I don't give a D***" which would be more TRUTH than what you're stating!

                    You're "ugly!"  JUST MORE "LIES!"

                    Blessings

I know "you already know" but Hebrews 4:12 says the WORD of GOD "cuts" when it contradicts one's lifestyle!  They become "hard hearted" when they wish to remain in their unrighteousness!  What other reaction should you present?  WORD is TRUE!

                    Good "Luck!"

                    Blessings

You could actually be a pretty good author, publish books and earn some extra income with a little more inspiration.  I enjoyed reading your post, Tess.  You have talent there and could really develop that to a whole new level. There is a lot of attention on the North Pole (and South Pole) these days, maybe not so much about Father Christmas...but you could bring that back and make it great again!

        I don't 'rant'.   smile
That is your personal perceptions because of your learned environments and your own reactions.

I'm very much at peace...peace to you!  (Yin-Yang)

"To the law and to the testimony:  if they speak not according to THIS WORD (aka "Father Christmas"), it is because there is NO LIGHT in them."

          Why do you promote "propaganda?"

          "As the world turns!"

We continue to long for propaganda and anything that "tickles our ears" don't we?  Anything BUT the "ranting" of GOD!

Your "peace" certainly is of "YIN-YANG" and "MEGA!"

            I was speaking to Tess.

I love the meat of the Word.

Enoch was the most enigmatic. The Hebrew traditions teach that he was taken to heaven when he was 365 years old, and shown all the secrets and all wonders of the universe, and was told to put them in books (not just the Bible) and bring them to the sons of men.   --  The Book of Enoch, The Book of Giants, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Rosetta Stone, etc.

Why people cannot understand this history is because of a convoluted camouflage of the truth in order to deceive mankind. So, when the antichrist comes on the scene...it was effective when he showed up and corrupted humanity, now, they don't have to do that sexually like before the days of the flood (Genesis 6) and after the days of the flood. They're doing it now genetically through genetic altering and mutation.  Today they don't have to do it through the fallen angels, (aliens), the extra-dimensionals, ...who come to deceive the world, and to repeat history.

So much so, that Jesus said, 'that if the days were not shortened for the elites sake, there would be no flesh left alive.'

Do you believe people in the forums can follow that?  Can you?
God accepts us where we are so I believe we should do the same.

            1. profile image52
Norine Williamsposted 7 years agoin reply to this

GOD DOES NOT "ACCEPT US WHERE WE ARE "IF" WE ARE IN "UNRIGHTEOUSNESS" believing WORD that has not been "rightly divided" (II Timothy 2:15)!

I don't care about Books being left out of the Bible because GOD has TOLD US *HE* would "lead and guide us into ALL (Did you hear "ALL?") TRUTH" (John 14:26; 16:13)!  People worry about the wrong things!

I keep telling ALL, if you didn't OBEY HIS "LAST" Commandment, you have NO CONNECTION TO GOD wherewith HE can "put HIS law in our hearts and minds" (Jeremiah 31:33; Hebrews 8:10; 10:16; Acts 1:2) and are NOTHING!

"Do you believe people in the forums can follow THAT?  Can you?"

Don't think GOD ACCEPTS ALL are Galatians 1:6-9 LIED!  (v9) "As we said BEFORE, so say I now AGAIN, IF ANY MAN preach ANY OTHER GOSPEL unto you than that ye have received [from Paul], LET HIM BE ACCURSED!"

AGAIN:  "Do you believe people in the forums can follow that?  Can you?"

              Blessings

Yes I've always been told I am a talented writer. Not very good at earning income through it, though. I find that very tough.

NeNe:  I am a happily married woman of 43 years!  We are one and know each other so well I know what he's thinking before he opens his mouth!

I went out last night with my best friend in celebration of her birthday which was on December 29th!   I took her out to eat and we shopped to buy what she needed!  I give!  I love!

I really have a FULL life!  The wife of a retired barber and have obtained many friends through his employment!  He's now the Commander of an American Legion and AMVETS Post (Lord I hate those "banquets!")!  Am retired from the Federal government so have many friends after 25 years of Federal service.  Am a real estate agent and have acquired many friends through that occupation.  Not to mention how I've acquired friends from total strangers by telling them about JESUS in daily life and you should know by now "I've never met a stranger!"

Girl, I would describe myself as a "butterfly for the LORD" fluttering around telling ALL about JESUS!  I love my life!

Not to mention my children!  WOW!   Great kids!  They KNOW the LORD!  Two of the 4 are now working on a non-profit organization called A.M.E.N.

I'm so BLESSED with family and friends but they're NOTHING in comparison to the CONNECTION to GOD!

      Blessings

Happy trails to you, until we meet again.
Happy trails to you, keep smilin' until then.
Who cares about the clouds when we're together?
Just sing a song and bring the sunny weather.
Happy trails to you, 'till we meet again.

    Some trails are happy ones,
    Others are blue.
It's the way you ride the trail that counts,
Here's a happy one for you.

Happy trails to you, until we meet again.
Happy trails to you, keep smilin' until then.
Who cares about the clouds when we're together?
Just sing a song and bring the sunny weather.

Happy trails to you, 'till we meet again.

Happy trails to you, it's great to say "hello".
And to share with you the trail we've come to know.
It started on the day that we met Jesus,
He came into our hearts and then he freed us.
For a life that's true, a happy trail to you.

There's a sad sort of clanging from the clock in the hall
And the bells in the steeple too
And up in the nursery an absurd little bird
Is popping out to say, "Cuckoo"
    Cuckoo, cuckoo
Regretfully they tell us cuckoo, cuckoo
    But firmly they compel us
    To say, "Goodbye", to you

So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, good night
I hate to go and leave this pretty sight

So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, adieu
Adieu, adieu, to you and you and you

So long, farewell, au revoir, auf wiedersehen

I'd like to stay and taste my first champagne

So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye
I leave and heave a sigh and say "Goodbye", goodbye

I'm glad to go, I cannot tell a lie
    I flit, I float, I fleetly flee, I fly

The sun has gone to bed and so must I
So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye
    Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye
    Goodbye!
