    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article Benefits of stretching exercises for health and fitness. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

You've put a lot of work into this.

I think you need to make sure you are writing to the title. In other words, right up front you need to list and explain the benefits of stretching. Don't forget to add a proper introduction telling your reader what the article is about.

Consider breaking the article into two hubs. One to explain all the benefits and then another with the exercises. That gives you the opportunity to attract more traffic.

That first text module is way too long. Break it up.

The next one is titled Stretching Exercises (capitalise the E) is a personal account of your accident.

The article is too long for me to go right through, but you could improve the grammar by pasting it into Grammarly - it's free to use online.

Remember that people will be accessing your content via smartphones and tablets, so keep your articles the right length for them. Look for ways to shorten it without losing the essential information.

When you use links, add them properly with anchor text instead of pasting the link in as it is.

I suspect these issues will be affecting your other hub too.

Good luck, I think you can get this approved with a little work.

Hi the regededge, thank you for being the first to respond to my request.
I've noted al lthe 4 points above and I'm set to carry out your suggestions soon.
However, can you enlight me more on the anchor text issue? I think I don't know well on it. I also think it is an embossed text and when one place the cursor on it, it gets you to another page or web site.
Please help me how to do it.
Thankyou much again. And, have a nice time.

      Sure smile

Go into edit on the capsule. Highlight the text that you want to add the link to. Click on the chain link icon in the toolbar, paste in the link. To remove a link, click on the broken chain icon.

Make your anchor text is relevant to the link, either by using the title of the page you are linking to or some other pertinent text.
