Best way to improve stretch marks?
I'm talking pregnancy stretch marks.
If you're pregnant right now the best thing to do is use lotion with Vitamin E. Vitamin E is really great is making the skin elastic enough and well hydrated to prevent stretchmarks from darkening. Or you can simply buy a small bottle of virgin olive oil and rub it on your belly twice a day especially on areas where stretchmarks are really dark. The result is a little slow but the good news is; it works!
You should also increase your fluid intake and vitamin C, E and A these are natural antioxidants.
Sometimes, since stretchmarks can appear like scars, you can also sure pure petroleum gel to lighten stretchmarks.
I hope this helps.
Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E, its found in the lotion section. It heals and softens rough dry skin as well as smoothes marks.
I have used it in both my pregnancies and it does work, have to use it everyday to get best effect.
I agree, cocoa butter is great for stretch marks. Palmer's cocoa butter makes specific formulas and products just for that, and they're fairly inexpensive.
putting on weight again This would stretch the skin and the stretch marks would vanish lol. Sorry about the joke. There are some skin lighteners available which help in fading away those lines slowly. The results are good enough.
It basically happens because the skin is dehydrated and not flexible . Therefore when skin expands it leaves marks.
So the best idea is to keep yourself well hydrated .
Drink lots of water and you can provide your belly with some nourishing moisturizers
