Most of the time...no.  You might not have all the facts.  Don't jump in unless asked.  But, be there for them when it burns.  Don't tell them you knew all along however, unless you want to lose your friend...

In a group of friends, we asked openly who would want to be told and who wouldn't.  I was surprised at the conversation that  struck up.  It was very entertaining.  I think that it is a good conversation for close friends to have.  Then you do not have to wonder.

One thing we all agreed on was not to get involved unless it was a lot more than a hunch or rumor.  I mean, you don't want to be the friend that reports a big inappropriate hug to this hot woman, to find out that is his very attractive sister from out of state here on vacation on a surprise work visit.

If you are 110% certain, yes. If you at all have doubts, then no. You also may not know what is going on between your friend and her spouse. I would make sure you know for sure. Some people lose friends over this... Remember, that's her husband. She trusts him more then anyone else.

I'd be discussing it with the person that is doing the wrong, without the other person being wronged knowing about it.  That's what friends are for, when a friends does something wrong you help the make mends before it ruins their lives.
