   Which are your favourite  nuts ?
   
   Mine for example are Almonds. I absolutely love them for a snack . Healthy , great protein source , tasty . Couldnt ask for more !

   I like Almonds, too. I get them at a local farmer's market and I like the ones with a lime and sea salt flavor.

   My favorite nut is the Brazil nut.  I also love Wasabi almonds.

   I love most nuts, but my favourite are Brazil Nuts. Nuts are very good for you because they contain selenium amongst other vitamins and nutrients.

   For me, pistachios all the way. Compared to other nuts, pistachios have the fewest calories per ounce and are rich in the antioxidants lutein (important for eye health), beta-carotene (precursor of Vit A), and Vit E.  They also provide us with Vit B6, potassium and magnesium, and even help reduce bad cholesterol! 
   In fact, all nuts are rich in the good fats (omega-3 fatty acids) but tend to be calorie-dense, so it's important to eat just a handful and not over-indulge.

   I totally love Walnuts - but they have to be from Iran - nuts and other dry-fruits from there are simply unbeatable!
