What is your inspiration for writing hubs, and do you have a specialist subject?

Do you write about the things that interest you or the things you think will interest others?

My inspiration is my life. Forty-Six years of living gives me a lot to write about. Even though I have yet to publish many hubs. I've written only one hub that required research. It was on a subject that I was quite interested in. Aside from that, my preference is to write about what I know...no research required.

I love to write on marketing related topics like product development, market development. On lighter side I love to touch the topics relating to relationship, love and motivation.

I like to write hubs on different topics...whatever inspires me at the moment, or whatever idea hits right then I will sit down and write. Topics I like to write about includes music, books, entertainment, travel, writing, cooking/recipes.

I do have certain subjects that I like to write about but the inspiration for what the next hub will be can come from anywhere. I've been flicking through a magazine, reading a newspaper, surfing on-line, or just over hearing a conversation and an idea for a hub springs to mind. Sometimes I don't stick with the original idea but change it about a bit. But inspiration can come from almost anywhere.

Social issues attract me more, but I also like to write on other topics. Newspaper stories and also life around us makes me ponder on issues that could become the subject of my writing.

Whatever happens in my life. School, work, the news, my family. It is all fair game.

My main topic for now is Bipolar Disorder, written from a more positive point of view. Next to that I like to write Hubs about relationships between men and women.

Bold and honest "in to your face" advice to wake up couples or singles, to approach tipical issues in a different way. I write about subjects that interest me.

The other way round, to me would make writing less fun.
