I am faily certain it is The Airport Building.  one way to check these things is to Google search on images. Then choose Singapore Buildings  then click on a building that looks like it

I can't remember the full name for this. But it is meant to be a garden by the Bay. It is currently not opened yet, but should be opened by end 2012.

It is called Flower Dome. It will be opened in June 2012. In it is a cool-dry Mediterranean climate where you will discover the baobabs or bottle trees, olive trees and date palms. You can find out more here:

It is located in Marina Bay, the southern tip of Singapore. The view there is excellent, really! I myself hang out there frequently. Find out more here!

    Hope it helps!

I got confused by the answers. Incidentally, I have not been to Singapore and did not know the answer. To clear the doubt checked and found it here.

It is called Gardens by the Bay. You have the same image there too, so no more confusion.
