I lost about 25 pounds the week I had a baby.  I don't think that is the answer you are looking for.  I lost about 5-7 pounds when I was sick in the hospital with an infected gall bladder.  I don't think that is the answer you are looking for either.
I don't monitor my weight ongoing but I tend to go up and down about 10 lbs either way from my "normal" weight.
Losing weight can be healthy but it also can be unhealthy.  It is concerning that American society celebrates all weight loss- no matter how unhealthy.  When I lost weight after being sick, I cannot count the amount of compliments I received. We should be trying to be healthy and stay healthy.  We should avoid crash diets and other extreme methods to lose weight.  If we need to lose weight to stay healthy, we need to change our lifestyle and eat better and increase our physical activity.  It is plain and simple.   I have read we should only lose 1.5-3 lbs a week.

When I got really into health and fitness I believe that my record weight loss week was around 4.5 pounds. Not bad for calorie counting and 4 hour daily workouts.

I lost about 10 pounds a week when i was on the lemonade/master cleanse diet  for a short period of time about three years ago. However, i wouldn't recommend that to anyone because as quick as you can drop the pounds, the quicker you can pick them back up and more.

Monitoring weight loss the healthy way with proper diet and exercise on a daily basis, i was able to lose 2-3 pounds a week. The good part about loosing weight this  way is that the weight stays off and doesn't pack back on at all unless you absolutely DO NOT change your lifestyle.

I lost 11 pounds (5kg) in one week, while on the ketogenic diet, which I was on for a month at the request of a naturopath. I suspect this was mostly fluid, and it was put back on one week after I stopped the diet.

I've lost the same amount of weight in one week due to illness and a period of extreme stress.

Neither of these methods are good ways to lose weight healthily, or keep weight off.

The most I lost in a week was 5 pounds.  My focus was not on losing weight but on getting rid of fat so my suit would fit better.  I exercised a lot and avoided junk foods and high calorie drinks.  My muscle weight would have increased with all the exercise but I still lost 5 pounds.  I have never tried to lose weight just to lose weight but I have lost weight while attempting to get rid of fat.  I have also gained weight while getting rid of fat because of the increased muscle weight.
