    What would you change?

We should all accept and love ourselves for who we are. Our uniqueness makes us US. But if you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?

According to my friends, I expect perfection in an imperfect world, thus I break my heart...
I disagree, I really do not expect anything...but that is what they tell me.

Well I think its great to expect things. If we do not expect things then we will not work towards getting them! So maybe you are expecting things and good for you..

I would be less fearful in my life if I could change one thing. I was the kid who didn't do certain things because I knew something would happen.  I was nervous about life and I never really lost that with age or having a family.

Thanks for your comment. Just know that we can change things in our lives if we change the way we think. I use to be scared of  things until I realized that if I do not go after what I want and I do not let go of fear I would never get what I want.

I love myself and wouldn't change a thing about me, individuals should accept the way they look instead of trying to be something they are not. It is important for a person to have a  high self esteem and be who they really are.

You know the Serenity Prayer:  God, grant me the serenity
to change the things I can, accept the things I can't change, and for the wisdom to know the difference?

Finally I know I wouldn't change too much, yet self improvement will last a lifetime.  It's a constant thing of minding what you say, trying to improve, be more compassionate, less lazy or blunt, put yourself in the shoes of the other person, and never giving up.  With a little luck and effort, I am changing the things that I can.   So help me god, LOL!

I wish I was more relaxed... I take everything too serious, even the smallest thing, and that is really bad for my health... I look at other people that just don't bother or don't care about lots of things and I wish I could be more like that...

A book called "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" was recommended to me.  I've never read it.

I would not change a thing.  For better or worse this is who I am.

I don't know if I'd change anything about myself, would absolutely 100% change my surroundings though!

I wouldn't want to make any changes as who I am.

It is the life I have gone through and learning so much that I wouldn't want to change it.

Instead I am looking forward to know more in life and seeking enlightenment.
