    In general, I like thunderstorms. Some can be scary, but impressive. Guess the part I really like is when they pass over and the air clears, you can smell wet earth, and the atmosphere lightens.

    Only when I am inside a building or at home, It always makes me feel glad that I am secure inside and safe. Then all seems right with the world.

    When I'm at home, I love thunderstorms. When I'm out and need to drive, I want to hate them but I cannot bring myself to do more than slightly dislike them.

    I love thunderstorms. I don't even mind getting soaked by a thunderstorm, as long as i am on my way home, so i can change into some snuggly pajamas, and my fuzzy slippers. When I'm at home during an all day rain, I find I get more done, especially with my writing. Less distractions Iguess.

    In Missouri we have been extramely short on rain for the last several months. Everything is brown right now. Today was our first thunderstorm in weeks. I have never been so happy to see rain!
