   It's a tie between Pad Thai with spring rolls and sukiyaki with gyoza. I would be hard pressed to pick a favorite between those two. Now I'm hungry!

   I love General Tsao's chicken...it might be an American invention, I don't know, but that would be it followed by Taco's.  I'm not a very exciting eater

      Was just reading on the history of General Tsao's chicken. It seems that it was introduced to the Chinese diaspora after chefs from China went to the USA and returned to China. Sounds like fusion food, Mary!

   Great question but very difficult.  I LOVE Greek, I LOVE Mexican and I LOVE chinese and Tai.  I guess there isn't much that I don't like, except I never had a taste for curry.

   Wow, that's a tough question. I love all the mint and basil in Thai. I love Mexican for the chile-spiced meat and corn tortillas. Sometimes, I get a terrible craving for Japanese sushi with lots of wasabi. And it's hard to beat quinoa tabouli, tzatiki, garlicky baba ghanoush and homemade pita bread! So I guess it just depends on my mood.

   Mediterranean and Asian, although Greek and Vietnamese if I had to narrow those two down. I eat Salvadorian the most, though, and it's good, but not like the others.

      There's a bunch of things, but really one is the best for a regular meal is pupusas. This little place near me sells a bunch of them for a few bucks with the usual stuff, curtido and that thin sweet salsa roja.

   I'm a little bit obsessed with food. I love all different types and am excited about trying new things. That said, I recently developed a gluten intolerance and am now trying to steer clear of any gluten or sugar. I especially enjoy taking classic comfort foods and recreating them in my kitchen with healthy ingredients to fit my dietary restrictions.
   
   I love Mediterranean food and it is also very healthy. Recently, I've found myself eating a lot of it, especially meeze style meals that include different varieties of olives, nuts, hummus, yogurt dip, cucumbers, dolmas and sundried tomatoes.
   
   West African food is another favorite. There is a food cart in Portland that specializes in it called, "Dad Knows How To Cook," and it is simply amazing. The cook up a lovely stew with plenty of spices, beans and plantains.
   
   My newest favorite food are Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppadews. Peppadews are a tangy-sweet pepper from Africa. They are a little hard to find. Try looking in the bulk olive section of Whole Foods. Find them! Try them! You will love them!

   Vietnamese: chicken pho (me), beef pho and mango salad (him)
   Malaysian: chicken satay (me), pineapple fried rice (him)
   Indian: chicken tikka, chicken korma, paratha (me), butter chicken and nan (him)
   Chinese: Peking duck (both of us)
   Greek: calamari and tzatziki sauce (me), baklava (him)
   Hispanic: pandebono/Columbian cheese bread (me)
