Do you dream of one day having a Hub of the Day?

I am fascinated by the Hub of the Day HubPages feature.  I read each Hub of the Day and truly enjoy being exposed to topics and creativity I may not have found on my own .  What are your thoughts on the Hub of the Day?  What do you think makes a hub more likely to be chosen for hub of the day?

It would be nice to have a Hub of the Day....not just an honor but a showcase for your work.  I think a HOTD needs to be interesting and appealing to a broad audience.  If you've noticed each HOTD is really a great read.  It can happen to anyone Sue, just keep at it!

That would be a wonderful validation for writing a great hub.  Maybe someday!

The hub of the day has always avoided me here on the hub pages. It would be nice, but I don't worry about it. I'm just here for fun, keep on hubbing  smile

I, too, dream of having a Hub of the Day. But, you know it takes a lot of work and skill to create a Hub worthy of this honor. I am amazed at the different types of articles that get to be HOTD and marvel that someone, somewhere out there in Hubberland is looking for the next one....

I am lucky enough to have had HOTD twice. I guess your hub needs to get noticed and have tons of useful info and original photo's. Try entering hubs on the Weekly Inspiration Topics and posting on the forum.

I just read your Fun Ideas for Toddlers hub and I need to save it! I can see why it was HOTD!

I really wished for hub of the day, and then I got it! I think my only tips would be to get involved with the community, write hubs for the weekly topic inspiration and just all out go for it. The more planned out and polished off your article is the higher chance it has of success.

I remember your hub.  It was very informative and I can see it being useful to many people in many different areas.

    Yes,
However, I think that it will be difficult for me: I haven't published any hub yet smile. I am a newbie and I will try to do it in the next days.
    Best regards, Atyq

Hopefully I will have a hub featured as "Hub of the Day" one day.

I certainly wouldn't turn it down if it happened, but no, I don't dream about it. I try not to be envious of things I have no control over, as that could lead to being unhappy, and I want to remain  a happy Austin smile

It would be great, if it happens--who would'nt be.  But I am happy just being here--and I do read Hub of the day, every now and then and appreciate it.
