gm...hmmm, I hope I read your question correctly.   This is one of those questions that would be better asked of the "unrelenting women," you mention.
However, I will assume you want our best guess.
Because you use the term, "relationship," rather than "married,"  you make this much easier for me.  LOL    "All's fair in love and war."  is not actually accurate......because there certainly ARE things which are quite UNfair in both love and war....so it's fair to say, I don't agree with that statement.   We need to use our own belief system and concept of morality.
These women who are supposedly "willing to do anything to be in a relationship,"  are everywhere....and in multitudes.  If it's simply a relationship...."any relationship," there doesn't seem to be any justification to set their intentions on a man who is already in a committed relationship...when there are plenty of unattached men.  Additionally, I have no way to know what you mean by   "willing to do ANYTHING."   "Anything" covers an awful lot....and some, rather gruesome to consider.....
Getting back to these conniving women.....If it is a particular MAN they desire....and that man is currently involved with another woman....I see no reason why Woman B cannot place her bid (LOL) as in, allow the man to be aware of her feelings and desire for him.  Ultimately, it's HIS choice, now isn't it?

They simply don't have self worth, morals, respect, needy, insecure, don't have a purpose, or passion in life. They don't see the good in themselves, or love themselves. So of course they are the ones that will break up marriages and relationships.

A lot of young women are competitive when it comes to relationships. Generally speaking you don't see a lot of 40, 50 or 60 year old women willing to do anything to be with a man. That's clearly a young woman's game. In fact not long ago AARP did a survey which revealed that 66% or 2/3rds of all divorces in the U.S. are initially filed by (women). Another study revealed that divorced men are likely to remarry sooner than divorced women.
Young women have been practicing and fantasizing about being in a serious relationship or marriage since they were playing with Ken & Barbie dolls. The men their age want to enjoy their "freedom" and party with friends. When one of these women sees a guy who is in a relationship it tells them that he is the type of guy who values having a serious relationship. Instead of thinking "I' need to find a guy (like) him." Some of them plan to take that guy from his current girlfriend.
Too many women buy into the belief that there is a "shortage" of good men. Others are racing against the "biological clock" and others have set an arbitrary age goal to be married by. Last but not least some women would rather be with (any) man than be with (no) man. They hate being alone especially during the holidays. The more friends she has that are "coupled" up the more pressure she puts on herself not to be the 3rd or 5th wheel at gatherings. As I mentioned earlier older women tend not to feel the need to steal another woman's man or settle for just any man.

Perhaps they feel pressured by their family members and society that to be single is unacceptable, that to be with any man is better than being alone.  I believe women get this pressure more than men in our society.  I also believe this attitude is a blight on our society because some people are not ready to marry, or shouldn't be married. This is proven by the high divorce rate.
