   Just make sure you phone him at random times of the day or night, this way he will never know when you are going to contact him. You could also put a bugging device in his suitcase, but that maybe a bit drastic....or maybe not too drastic! lol! Just trust him.

   Tell your heart and brain to believe in him. Many men are in the service or working away from home. Our minds can imagine all sorts of things. Try some breathing and relaxation exercises or working out to give you inner peace. Try praying if you are Christian. Our thoughts drive us, so let any of these thoughts drift through your mind quickly and then on to good thoughts. Be sure you have a support group and stay busy. Good luck during these necessary separation times. Look forward to his coming home and keep in touch.

   You either trust him or you don't.
   If you don't trust him it really doesn't matter if he is cheating or not. Dump him! A marriage without trust is worthless.
   In most instances when someone suspects their mate is cheating on them they're correct. (Unless they are just plain paranoid with everyone they get involved with).
   Make sure you're not (looking) to distrust him in order to justify your own desire to cheat while he is away. Too often people will say, "I have no idea what he/she is doing. For all I know they're with someone else at this moment."
   Sometimes people will practice what I call (self-defense cheating) to 'protect' themselves mentally from being hurt as much if they were to find out their mate cheated. It's a crazy head game!  If they learn their mate cheated they have the small satisfaction of knowing (they) also cheated too! "While you were doing your dirt I was doing mine!" It's insane but it happens more than you'd think.

   Trust is vital in any relationship and if you have faith in him surely you  would know better. Calling at random times is an idea but that won't tell you  he is having an affair. Deep down you would know

   Why do you doubt that your husband is cheating on you? Unless there is mutual trust your marriage can never survive. How will you feel if your husband has the same doubts about you. Is he prone to cheating that you doubt him so much? Talk to him frequently and do not ask doubting questions as he hates to talk to you. Be friendly and loving with him so that he feels the love you have for him.

   You 'know' because you are so close to the person that you 'know' they are not cheating. Get closer, and you will 'know'. If you already suspect it, the relationship is in deep trouble, and I would encourage you to seek the help of a qualified clinical counselor experienced in couples work.
