Have You, Or A Family Member Ever Been Healed From A Terminal Illness?.....And

And it was without the help of a doctor. Do you contribute it to God, and answer to prayer? or just something that happened

I did not have a terminal illness; however, I was comatose for a month after I was pronounced brain-dead at Florida Hospital Altamonte. I was transferred to a higher level hospital and placed in the room beside my best friend who was comatose too. I had visited Don 6 days prior to this moment and prayed by his bedside and left a scapular on him. We both fully recovered and I played ice hockey with him 2 weeks ago. I wrote a hub about it titled, There and Back Version II.
I do indeed attribute my recovery to God; there were too many "consequences" (Godsequences) that came together to heal and if I may add improve me...

That's great, but shouldn't you stay away from hockey? I mean wouldn't that be tempting fate?

Oh no it keeps me young. I thoroughly enjoy this significant form of aerobic exercise and it is optimal for cognition. Read Dr. John Medina's NY Best Seller titled Brain Rules...

I understand all that, however you can get your aerobic exercise another less dangerous way. I get mine without putting myself in danger, you should too

It is not very dangerous the guys I play with are all friends. There are 2 doctors, a back-crack (chiropractor), myself a psychologist, a couple of stock brokers... We are not out to hurt each other; heck we even have Benny Hinn's brother playing...

No........But both my parents have had a healing ministry in their younger christian days....I've seen god work wonders through them. In fact my father anointed my sister one evening and her asthma went away and hasn't returned since that specific time. It's because of my parents and the radical work that they do in god why I have to believe in god so much.

My household is home to many miraculous things, some of them I may have to dilute when uttering if I wanted to keep the critics happy smile.
But my parents are prayer warriors who visits people's houses from time to time for various reasons. I've seen a lot of the gifts of the holy spirit work in them and some in myself as I continue to grow in Christ.

In fact Mara, I admire your interest in god and would like if you took the time to learn about the spiritual gifts. Read 1 Corinthians 12.

When you're in a home like mine where the gift of discerning, healing and etc takes place, it;s pretty hard not to believe in god....You're on the right track Mara. keep it up smile

My mom had stroke two years ago, she was paralyzed fromhead to toe, doctor can't do anything. Thru prayers, half of her body could move. It was a miracle
