Do you wake up in the morning with worries? If yes what are those? And why?
Yes. They're typically worries about how I will go about all my pending tasks in the short course of 24 hours.
I'm afraid Jonas, may God help you, then how do you go about those pre occupied schedules?
Usually it is like Jonas says is wondering how I am going to get everything accomplished in a 24 hour day. Usually with me it is cleaning house, making phone calls for appointments, planning meals, going to the gym and making deadlines for writing assignments. My problem is I procrastinate too much and sometimes I find out that the day is half over and I haven't accomplished anything. Oh well tomorrow is a new day.
It's good to see, with that busy schedule you are accomplishing a few tasks with ease, I think with the planning, as you have mentioned, in view you can overcome the problem easily if any. Thanks for the response LoisRyan.
I'm used to living on the edge, so I worry a lot. Most of my life, I never knew what was going to happen from one day to the next. Recently things have settled a bit. I'm trying to use the principles of The Secret, to manifest the life I want. It seems to be working, to a degree. Focusing on the good things I have and appreciating them gives me a more positive outlook, and makes me less depressed.
That's great Ana, what's the principles of the secret and in what way they are beneficial? Tell us here or write a hub about it.
"The Secret", a book written by Rhonda Byrne, describes the Law of Attraction. It teaches you to focus on what's positive in your life, and if there's something you want, act as if you already have it, and it will come to you.
Ana thanks for sharing the info, if possible you can write a review of that book.

My mornings have always been stressful, unless I totally concentrate on positive elements. i had a very stressful job. which was one of the issues. I also do not like to talk in the early morning but only to think of pleasant things. If I did not do that, I would think about numerous challenges of the day and worries.. Now I wake up and, in retirement, try to think of my writing, pleasant music, paying bills, reading the paper (good news) eating a good breakfast, and thinking about my family and my day.. I have an outstanding memory, and that is why I must sort out what I want to do positively. It is difficult for me if my husband starts talking about negative things in the morning. I text my daughter, and we pray for each other's days and what is pleasant about the day. Coffee helps.
Audrey you have adopted very effective means to tackle a stressful morning. Your practical ways are quite helpful. And sharing the feelings with daughter too has an underline message that we should keep our children informed about the happenings.
