      Your article is not about earning money and freelance work, so the title is unsuitable.
      
      The article contains two links to another website and seems to be designed to promote that site. We aren’t allowed to promote a business on HubPages.
      
      Your article is too short. In addition, I don’t understand the point of the article. Most people (at least where I live) learn to count and how to “determine paper currency and coins” when they are children. Is your article aimed at people who lack these skills? You need to discuss this problem in the article. It would be interesting to read about it. You also need to discuss why money “is close to wind in value” for some people. You should aim to write at least 1,000 words. In addition, you should proofread the article carefully.

      I agree with AliciaC.  Your title does not match the content.  Additionally, your article is too short.  Hubpages expects magazine style articles of approximately 1,000 words.  You need to spend some time reviewing the information in the Learning Center (Help button, upper right).  Those articles will tell you everything you need to know to properly write and format articles that are acceptable to HubPages.

   (slaps forehead) Is THAT how it works? I had no idea! I've been trying to pay for those things with colored rocks, sticks, and dried corn! No wonder they threw me out of Wal-Mart.

   Oh Dear FFC. I live in Mennonite country in southern Ontario and I'm sure I don't have to tell you what vegetable is a popular unit of currency. It isn't dried corn.
