   Can any of you hubbers find out just how big a part of the Tea Party Movements are populated by avowed hate groups?  I think the legitimate members have a right to know.

      I don't know how that could be determined. It might depend on how you define hate groups. If you exclude GOP members of the Senate and House, the percentage is probably pretty small. However, some of the people who are running Tea Party events have made some pretty hateful remarks about President Obama, gays and others, and they clearly haven't done much in the way of excluding haters from their events, judging by some of the signs seen on TV and on the Internet. The GOP is playing with fire in my opinion.

      There is presently a thread asking about why and how this site is declining. I'd say here is a reason -- MULTIPLE THREADS ASKING SIMILAR QUESTIONS SPREAD OUT OVER WEEKS. You folk down there live in such a beautiful country. Compared to most of the world you live in the lap of luxury, with the height of freedom. STOP TRYING TO SCARE EACH OTHER TO DEATH.

   I think most of the hardcore hate groups like to remain in the shadows. We're not seeing the serious ones. Scary, huh?

      Yep. It's getting out of hand and pretty close to home here in Michigan (McVeigh's hometown and the Hutarees are within 60 miles of where I live. I've thought of switching to an avatar rather than using my name.)

         With the unemployment in your state (due to Democrat's) maybe that's their hope and change.
         
         A liberal Democrat would never be a hater, look at the President's advisors. Even Bill Ayers thinks Barack is letting peopledown, he would never blow up anything.

   I'm doing research for an article on The Southern Poverty Law Center and came up with an astonishingly large number of hate groups including the KKK, skinheads, and (believe it or not), some "Christian" and "Islamic" churches which are included in the center's lists.  For a "hate map"--ugly to say but real- check out <www.splcenter.org>.  Since seeing this list, I have become warier of blaming the Tea Party Movement for instigating all the ugliness in their parades.  I'm not sure that they haven't been taken over.  (They're still dead wrong, of course.)

   Any group that is willing to criticize our most gratuitous and benevolent government is a hate group.  That is why we passed hate crime legislation.  Every time one of the vile serpents opens their mouth they spew hatred.  This has to end.  It is obvious that the first and second amendment should be abolished to preserve the Unity of our country behind its most exalted and charismatic leader.

      As you no doubt already know, hate crime legislation has nothing to do with criticism of the government. However, plenty of the Tea Baggers who are slandering the government also have a propensity for hate crimes against blacks, gays, and immigrants other than whites from northern European countries.

      The airwaves are out of control.  The Government needs to take over all broadcasting through all media.  We need government sanctioned PROGRAMMING to make good little citizens.
      
      
      Print media needs to be eradicated it is unnecessary and would save us the trouble of trying to teach the population to read.
      
      Televisions will be provided by government with all government sponsored Programming.

         Just be quiet and conform to what your government tells you.   what are you a trouble maker?  Fall in line and do what you are told, questioning authority could be hazardous to your health.  For the first time in American history we have a leader that is willing to make the difficult decisions of who should live and who should die.  Respect his authoritor and hope you are not on the end of people who can no longer contribute to society.
