Michelle Simtoco (Ripple Maker), close friend of Daisy Baad, known as dayzeebee here at HubPages. relayed via FaceBook that Daisy passed away this morning. Daisy has been here for many years and was an inspiration to many people in her life. Thought I would let Daisy's friends here know.
She will be missed by many.
I feel sad. My prayers are with the family. Though I don't know her, it pains me that one of the active HP member has left us. It is shocking.
It's a very sad day indeed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Daisy's family.
My prayers are with the family, R.I.P Daisy, I will miss you dearly.....jimmy
Shirley Anderson contacted me earlier to let me know and I am still shocked. Daisy exuded poise, grace, and joy all the way to her last three breaths. It was a blessing that Ripplemaker was with her thoughout her illness and at her passing on.
Hundreds of people on Facebook have left consolations and memories of Daisy's teaching and play direction. She touched 1,000s of lives for good and happiness.
I've been reading Daisy's Hubs again and hope they do not disappear, but will probably print some.
Thank you for the Forum thread, Dorsi.
That's really sad! May God give strength to her family and friends to bear the loss. RIP Daisy!
My prayers are with the family as well. It's tough when someone close passes. She's in our hearts and will be missed. I haven't know her personally but I can only imagine how many people she has touched here. I hope she had a loving life and will have a better afterlife.
This lovely and inspiring lady will surely be missed. My heart goes out to her family and loved ones. Thank you dear Daisy for all that you gave.
I am SO sorry to hear this news. My condolences to her family.

Thank you for sharing the news for those at HP who may have not had contact with her elsewhere. Please pass on my condolences to her family. My sympathy also to her hub family.
Who says that these writer relationships aren't really connecting with people , I feel connected here every day , my friends put up with me , they read me , they know me and I them ! They put up with my shortcomings and my anxieties ,my humor and my flirting , they know my weakness' and my strengths,
My prayers go out to her and those that loved her !
I am saddened to hear the news of Daisy's passing. May she rest in peace and look down upon her family as an Angel in Heaven.
Oh No, I am really sorry to hear this. Her family are in my prayers.
Though I did not know Daisy, her death affects me and all mankind, for she was a part of me and us all. John Donne says it best: ''No man is an island entire of itself; every man is a piece of the Continent, a part of the main.... Any man's death diminishes me because I am involved in Mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.''
My condolences to all of you here at HP who knew and loved her as well as her beloved family.
Praying for dayzeebee's family. I regret that I didn't have a chance to get to know her.
It feels sad to hear this. May God give strength to her family and friends.
I have read some of dayzeebee hubs. I´m sorry to hear the news. Condolence to her family and friends. May she rest in peace;-(
