What is your favorite bad habit?
We all have them - things we know we shouldn't do yet we do them but we do them anyway out of habit. What's yours? Mine is blowing into a cup before putting something in it....which is fine until I'm serving other people drinks.
I know its annoying but I shake my leg while I'm sitting down. (restless leg)
Cleaning my fingernails with my keys. By far, that's the habit I want to break most.
Spending too much time on the internet. I wish it stops soon.
Mine is smoking cigarettes. I find them beneficial, not harmful.
Eating Lays, Ms. Vickies, or Kettle Brand Potato Chips
A very dry, shook, grey goose vodka martini a couple of times a month. This weekend is the perfect opportunity for enjoying such a favorite bad habit!
I wouldn't consider it "favorite" because to me that has a positive connotation, and bad habits aren't positive. That being said... I pick my split ends! It's so addictive. I can't stop!
