Legs... I love working them, but my knees hate me for the rest of the week.

Then you're probably doing something wrong.  I have chondromalacia patellae (bad cartilage of the knee cap), and I train twice a week with a personal trainer and do non-impact cardio (elliptical, bike, etc) on my own, and I don't have any such complaints.

To answer the original question, I love me some leg presses.

I don’t see the point in concentrating to just one area. Full body exercises will burn fat faster and develop a strong and functional body.

My favourite two body parts to train are:
      1. my feet, to make me centered,  balanced and stable
      2. my neck, to unblock vital access of bloodflow and oxigen to my brain which then takes care of deciding what other body parts are in need of tuning at any given time.

I should train my left arm to be as strong as my right. I do everything with my right arm, and have tendonitits in my right shoulder, that hurts more in the winter.

Another thing I would love to do is train my hair to grow! Shouting grow dam you! doesn't seem to be working.
