    Hello Pamela,
This is a valuable and important information, which should be passed on, especially to the younger generation, working professionals. These days, life is not easy for them, both personally and professionally.
Lifestyle changes, communication, meditation, do help.
Thank you for listing the symptoms, and solutions.
    Have a great day.

    Great article Pamela...
I might try that jar trick and see how it works out.

I am under so much stress, but I don't reach out to anyone.

I keep to myself.  Luckily, my writing helps, as does taking breaks away from everything.

I know when dealing with Alzheimer's or health issues...everything seems more stressful than it is.

    Take care of yourself.

This is another important article about dealing with chronic stress, Pamela. Yes, majority of us are in stress in the humdrum of life. I like your remedies of dealing with stress and your personal jar trick experience. I might try the latter as well and see how it goes. I am sorry to hear about what you went through caring for your mother. But I guess you are lucky to have your mother live a long life. Blessings to you and take care.

I'd like to add that you can also put random tasks in a jar and pick one to do as an icebreaker each time stress get so much overwhelming just for temporary distraction. And the pay it forward of making at least 3 people  happy each day. Thank you for sharing coping mechanisms to deal with stress Pamela! smile
