I am under so much stress, but I don't reach out to anyone.
I keep to myself. Luckily, my writing helps, as does taking breaks away from everything.
I know when dealing with Alzheimer's or health issues...everything seems more stressful than it is.

I'd like to add that you can also put random tasks in a jar and pick one to do as an icebreaker each time stress get so much overwhelming just for temporary distraction.
