No matter what our age or stage in life, most of us deal with anxiety at one time or another.  It is how we learn to deal with it that can affect our overall happiness.  Thanks, Misbah, for sharing Umesh's post with us.

    Umesh
In "Anxiety Chasing Me to My Grave - Response to Word Challenge" you tell us anxiety is a natural feeling.  We all deal with it from time to time and must decide how to handle it.

Your poem, " Anxiety Chasing Me to My Grave" tells us how he is born with the ability to have anxiety.

It interrupts his sleep and changes his mood.
He constantly worries about everything he does in life ~ examples are getting a job or good grades.

He maintains his goals, but that nagging fear lives on inside of him...wondering if it's gonna take him to his grave.

I loved the quote by Corrie Ten Boom.

This clearly shows hiw anxiety can eat away at us.

The video is very informative.   It shows the difference between normal anxiety & an anxiety disorder.

    Great write.
I'll post a link in the word prompt article.

A good response to this week's word prompt. You have described the anxiety felt at different stages of life very well. A little anxiety is natural and even helps perform but continuous anxiety for longer time can cause harm. You have explained it well.
