Hello Pamela!
Great response to the word prompt, Patience. Having patience with the kids can be challenging sometimes. But, when I look back to the times, when my kids were growing up, it makes me smile. Children teach you some important skills of life, which includes patience.
I enjoyed reading both your poems. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for sharing this in the forum, Rosina.
My best wishes to both of you for the New Year 2022.
Thank you for posting my poems, Rosina. I appreciate your nice comments.
Happy New Year! I hope you have a wonderful 2022.
Nice work with this poetry, Pamela. We even shared the same music video. Great minds..
Thank you for sharing, Rosina.
Thank you for your comments John. I wondered if I was using the same music video as someone else. I agree 'Great Minds'.

In your article, "Patience - Poems Based on Brenda’s Prompt" you tell us life is better when you chose to be happy & not react when something doesn't go your way. This is patience.
"Patience With A Child" shows us how a tiny child tries our patience while we are busy doing other chores.
Children are the sweetest, but I can picture Mommy losing her patience.
"Synonyms of Patience" is a poem using words meaning the same as patience.
It's true that if we stay composed we can endure the unpleasant moments in life.
It helps us to build strength to face any challenge.
I love the video of the Eagles, "Take it Easy".
It's one I haven't heard for awhile, and now it's stuck in my head.
Great writing on this word prompt.
I'll post a link in the word prompt article.
P.S. ~ I am a patient, but I lose my patience too....sorry your internet was down, but that was probably God's way of telling you to slow down.
Yes, children can try our patience, but the way we treat them does so much to their self-esteem. They need to feel valued and worthy. You've done a good job with Brenda's prompt. You're no longer just the person who explains medical problems—you really ARE the all-around Hubber!
Both of Pamela's poems express the value of patience and what sometimes challenges us in that pursuit. Thanks Rosina for bringing her poems to the forums where we can respond.
Pamela, these are beautiful and interesting poems. I enjoyed reading both of your poems on Brenda's word prompt, 'Patience'. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you so much for posting this discussion, Rosina.
