Chitrangada, these were quite a delightful form of haiku (5-7-5 word count as opposed to the usual 5-7-5 syllables) I  enjoyed them and they were an excellent response to Brenda’s snowflake challenge. Thanks, Pamela for sharing.

      Hello John!
Thank you for appreciating my response to the word prompt. It means a lot coming from you.
You are right about the 5-7-5 syllables. Just a little bit of creative freedom, and I hope the readers like it.
Thank you for your encouraging words. Have a great week ahead.

First of all, let me say Thank you.

I'm glad you appreciate my efforts & enjoy these word prompts.

Your article "Snowflakes—The Quiet and White Beauty (Haiku)" is perfect for Snowflake.

    I loved your first Haiku.

    Haiku 1
    White Snowflakes are like angels,
Descending quietly and gently upon the earth,
    Like many, many heavenly blessings.

I often think snowflakes come from heaven.

They are so delicate & beautiful.   They create a Winter wonderland full of magic.

I love the way the snowfall glistens.  It is almost like a magic spell has fallen upon us.

Great quotes too.  I do believe our souls are like snowflakes. Each one beautiful & unique.

I'll post a link in the word prompt article.

    Great work on these.
