   Chitrangada has a created a lovely and very encouraging poem. I find happiness in nature, too. Her advice is excellent and applies to almost everyone. Some people in continuous physical or mental pain or discomfort may need help from others in order to be happy, but for most of us happiness can be a conscious choice, as Chitrangada reminds us.

      You are right that people with medical conditions need help, in order to be happy. Besides medication, they are also advised to spend some time in Nature. This definitely helps them heal psychologically.

   Yes—To be or not to be ‘Happy’ is a choice, and it has to be developed consciously by our own self."
   
   I love this part,
   "we must remember that being happy or sad are two sides of the same coin."
   
   
   In your poem, "Nature Makes Me ‘Happy’—Poem"
   You describe those precious gifts in nature created by the Almighty.
   
   Being surrounded by them makes you happy.
   
   I can relate.  I love to see & feel nature.  It makes me feel so at ease.
   
   Your acrostic poem speaks the truth.  We can choose to be happy & find pleasure in helping others.
   
   I absolutely love your link to this piece of work.

   This poem is sooo goood....
   It shows how we are so excited with anticipation greeting a happy moment & then how it drifts away.
