      Hello Misbah!
It’s really painful, if the women are exploited in the way you have expressed in your poem. Thank you for writing on an important issue.
Thank you John, for sharing this in the forum.

Yes, it is an important issue. I believe, a woman is a strong character, but she forgets it at times. The poem serves as a reminder to all women that they exist and deserve all respect and love. smile

Thank you, Misbah, for composing a poem, speaking strongly for women. So many are denied their rights and are just like slaves to their families. It's wonderful of you to bring out this topic in the light and let everyone contemplate on it. All the best.

Thank you, John, for sharing Misbah's article.

Yes, I agree that many women do not receive the love and appreciation they deserve. The purpose of composing this poem is to make them know they are appreciated and valuable smile

My father taught me how to be a man; my mother taught me how to be a human with empathy and compassion. God bless the women who make a difference in our lives.

    Misbah
    A great write.
Women do so many things that get taken for granted.

I honestly don't know how we survive sometimes.

But I do know we don't stop when the going gets rough.

      Hi Bredz,
So glad you liked it. Please know I am always here to appreciate you smile
A woman is someone who does not get tired when the going gets rough and tough. Isn't that right? smile

Thank you so much for reading and for your beautiful comment. Greatly appreciated!!

Have a great day and a beautiful week ahead.

      Blessings and Lots of Love!!

We get tired...we just keep going and going until we drop from exhaustion.

Then we take a break & start it all over again.
        Lol!!

Misbah has created a powerful article and poem. It's tragic when women find themselves in the situations that she describes.

The woman you describe, Misbah, feels unseen and not appreciated for everything she does.  That is sad.  All people, despite gender, should be valued.  Thanks John for featuring her work.

Peggy, thank you so much for your very kind and generous comment. I believe, gender inequality is a significant issue that is always largely ignored. A woman must be respected. She does a lot for everyone, but she is often neglected. That is a sad and bitter reality.. So here's a round of applause for all of those women.  They are not alone; they should know that many people admire and appreciate them. smile

Have a beautiful week ahead!! smile

      Blessings and Lots of Love!!

Thank you so much, Ms. Dora, for your lovely feedback. I'm delighted you enjoyed it. When I was writing this poem, I had a couple of women in my head. It's so sad that women in their lives do so much but are not valued by many people. I greatly appreciate your very kind and sweet comment. smile

Well, I believe there are some kind and respectable men who honor women, such as our lovely and kind friend John, who started this discussion on the forum and brought this poem to the public's attention. Once again, Thank you so much, John smile

    Salam dear sis,

You have created a powerful piece of writing. I love the way you expressed the difficulties faced by women in society.

Sometimes, I really become annoyed by the so-called norms that are man-created and have nothing to do with religion. Our religion never stops us from being independent. But our society does. In our society, women make compromises since they are children. But still, they are doing a great job, whether they are a mother, daughter, sister, or wife. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and I'm sorry for not being able to contact you.

      Wasalam, dear sister.

Thank you so much for your kind and sweet comments. Yes, it is mostly society and culture that asks women to make such sacrifices. Religion never burdens her. She has many rights, and God has given her a high status in all aspects of life. She is beautiful in every role she plays. smile

Please don't be sorry. I hope everything is going well with you. I will try to write to you today. Please take care of yourself. smile

      Blessings and Lots of Love!!
