Chance encounters are the best. We never know just where they might lead.

Thank you John. I agree this isn't my typical writing style but I am glad that you liked it and think it still works.
Thank you Pamela. In this lifetime I think we should always try to have something to look forward to everyday because it is what keeps us alive and eager to wake up each day with a cheerful spirit.
Hi Brenda and Peggy! I always loved chance encounters as well too. Whether its fiction or real life encounters. There are people whom we meet across the streets some of them may have turned into people who have become significant on our lives, or even our significant other. Every encounters always have a story to tell. I'm glad both of you enjoyed it.
Chit Di and Ravi. To be honest I'm thinking to expound the story of the encounter but I also thought maybe its also good to leave it at that. A literary piece that opens an opportunity for various interpretations. I guess that's the beauty of poems, to make readers think and appreciate the art itself. I'm glad you both find it interesting until the end.
Thank you everyone for your well wishes. Next up is to write 50 more to reach 100.
Have a blessed week to all.
