   Nice personal story, Ravi. Looks like the technique of puttering really works. I am going to try it too, but I think it may not be easy at first; nevertheless with practice it will be so. Thanks for the advice in your story. I really enjoyed it.

   I really like the way you set about and changed your life to find more happiness, Ravi. I am sure you family is happier too since you are home more often. Avoiding toxic people is good advice for all of us. Of course, running or any exercise is healthy too. This is an excellent article, and a nice response to Brenda's prompt.
